   I had not originally intended to that a roulette spin that would be available just before 23:30 last night....but got kicking around online....and it was near 23:00 so stayed up and took it....does offer the op to get 7 drops and 2 spins today....however....
   Got a tad of a late start this morning.....[see above]....logged on to play some Poker @06:36....and it only took a few hands to realize I had fallen in to one of the low levels of the abyss [1000/500 blind table].....imnsho....I usually check the stats of the other players at the table....of interest is number of hands played....percent of raising....if they've played any tournaments....helps to get a "read" on them....but this time....only checked one dude....can't really give him the title "Table Captain" because he was never the "high stake" on the table....but almost every hand either pre-flop and if not then post-flop....a raise any where from 2.5K to all-in....reminded me of the school yard bully....was seriously considering an early exit....had managed to get the 10K+ mission....on two split posts....until....I was in the big blind, the bully in the small....huge pre-flop raise, I folded....but he got called by the "high stack" and got hurt....next hand....he's down around 50K....on the button....just a call...a rarity for him....I had a Queen/Nine suited....and called....I checked....he raised 5K....I called....oops I forgot....I flopped top two pair....turn a blank....check....5K....call....river another blank....check....all-in....call....and a very nice pot....it was like "wack-a-mole"....back he  comes....same old....same old....only this time no one would play his game and he left....except for that one hand....just wasn't catching....just before the 30 minutes mark....he pops up again....I had lost a few decent pots when "turned" and/or rivered....was getting  close to my 125K max-buy-in in my stack....played to the button and was gone....ergo....30 minutes played....49 hands played....36.73 sec/hand....6 winners....1 every 8+ hands....[never more than 5 handed game]....up 5,935$....[no slots][first two drops: 21'K no ads]

   Logged on just a tad early today....05:27....took my "chair' at a 1000/500 blind Poker table w/ the 125K max-buy-in as/usual....and a rare day indeed....not a single raid by kamikaze....and in general a  very decent table....not a whole lot of pre-flop raises and for the most part were 3'K or less....a raise I'll call if I've got decent pocket cards....over the time I played 3 or 4 any-two-carders were present....a few rounds of "my pair's bigger that your's" but basically a table conducive to my style....at first the game was a 3 or 4 handed game....about mid-way it increased to a 5 or 6 handed game....not quite as fluid as some days....but really couldn't ask for a better table....as far as the other player goes....I actually saw my fair share of decent hole cards....and did catch a piece of a fair amount of flops....however....more often than not....after the flop I was looking at low pair....and no improvement on the turn or river....made one straight....a split pot....made a flush....tried to push the bet a little....no takers.....same for the trips I made....won a few small/blind pots....but no big pots....got out kicked or rivered a few  times....just an all to typical day....just too many blinds....and too many times calling a small pre-flop raise with decent hole cards....and coming up empty....ergo....61 minutes played....80 hands played....45.7 sec/hand....13 winners....1 every 6.2 hands....left 24,525$ on the table....and somewhere in the run of play got a banner informing me that I had gained an experience level....now 24....if you compare that to others' ranking with same or even less hands played....it's quite low....but then I'm not an aggressive player....don't want to be....but from observation that's a major factor in that rating....and I'm not going to change my style in any event....

   Got a later start this morning never logged on to play some Poker until 06:42....as/usual 1000/500 blind table and  what a table....5 handed game....all the rest were players with tournament experience and  played a super aggressive style....pre-flop raises on virtually every hand....most in the 2.5K range but some larger....and usually a continuation bet after the flop or a large bet which told me they hit the flop....did manage a couple of small pots....no such thing as a blind pot on this table....I was up a little and thinking about making my exit as soon as the 16 hands played banner popped up....already had the 10K+ mission in my "pocket".....but the banner showed and I found my self in "heads up" game....the 3 handed....4 handed....and finally a table that averaged somewhere between 5 and 7 players....and the over aggressive play returned....
   basically the session can be summed up as the story of two wheels....it was in the second half of the session....I'm in the small blind looking at a Five/Four suited....and the button [our resident pot pusher bets 2.5K....decided it was worth look at the flop....and called....flopped the wheel....and made a nice pot....managed to stay right around my 125K buy-in most of the session....and as the 45 minute mark was fast approaching....decided to play to the "button" and leave....again in the small blind....same player to my right....Ace/Five suited....2.5K raise....I called...4 to the wheel on the flop....and the wheel on the turn....but that dang river....a Six....big bet on the right....figured the only way I lost is if the guy had Seven/Five....and he had been very aggressive....so called....you got it....he had Seven/Five and I lost a sizable pot....and exited from the button....would have if I'd won the pot....[loss below is within a K or two of what I lost on that hand....was right around 125K in my stack at  the time]....45 minutes played....54 hands played....50 sec/hand....6 winners....1 win every 9 hands....down 47,400$....2 drops already both @21'K s/ads....have a roulette spin at the top of the hour....[no slots]

   Got up and going a tab early this morning....logged on to play some Poker and had a roulette spin waiting for me [hit for 840'K]....got on a 1000/500 blind after a very short delay....had trouble getting the site too load....my problem, the sites problem or maybe Facebook as a reach the game through Facebook....but got on....took my "chair" and put my 125"K max-buy-in on the table....
   I've talked about fluid tables before but  this one "takes the cake"....table of 5 players....wittled  away to a few hands "heads up".....then grew up to a couple of hands of 8 players....and then the yo-yo effect....different number of players every couple of hands....a couple of incursions by kamikaze....and some very aggressive play periodically....sometimes it works....player as pocket pairs or high cards and the big raise.....most of the day today everyone else folded....and if someone did call....more often than not the original raiser didn't win the pot....your only looking at 2 cards....there are three more coming....observed again today player[s] in the big blind folding when the could see the flop for a check....never have been able to understand why....so you've got say Seven/Two unsuited....if I'm not in the blinds....a quick fold....if in the blinds with a raise before me....again a quick fold....small blind....flip a coin....but big blind and a check....every time....I've flopped a house once....and turn quads once....and won a couple other pots....point is your money is in the pot....you pre-paid to see the flop....see the flop...
   Wasn't catching except rarely and the couple of bigger pots I was in got rivered....won some pots....all blind/small/decent....but just two many blinds and unfriendly flops/turns/rivers....ergo....81 minutes played....133 hands played....43.8 sec/hand....14 winners....1 out of every 8- hands....left 35,425$ on the table....[no slots]

   Got a late start for me this morning....never tried to get a "chair" at the /usual 1000/500 blind table w/ the /usual 125'K max-buy-in until 07:05....and my arrival made it an 8 handed game....first re-action was well it is a national holiday in the USA....Memorial Day, originally Decoration Day, started just after the American Civil War to honor the soldiers who fought and died for the Northern forces....was always on May 30th....but in the early 1970's....was made a federal holiday and moved to the last Monday in May....won or rather split the pot on the first hand I played....Ace high straight....and had the 10K+ mission in my pocket....only netted around 2'K....but the pot was in excess of 10K....within three hands....it was a three handed game....and at any given time from that point it was anywhere between "heads up" to a  table of 7....and as I check around the table....most of the names were not english  names....so the numbers had apparently nothing whatsoever to do with the holiday....no really pattern to the play....some pre-flop raise ranging from a small bump to an all-in....and the same after the flop....but several hands ended in blind/small pots as well [most of the pots I did win]....was up and down most of the session...just before the 60 minute mark....hand a suited Ace/Six in the hole [in Hearts]....and called a small raise....flopped four to the nut flush....again a call to a small raise....turn was a blank....and then a very sizable raise....at this point I'm down about 25K....and preceded to do what I rarely do....I chased the flush....river....Heart King....and a pot that erased my losses....and put me back in the black in a small way....ergo....60 minutes played....73 hands played [total hands played count now 30,033]....53.4 sec/hand....15 winners....1 every 4.9 hands....up 2,628$....[no slots]....

   As/usual of late I decided to play three game...solved the Puzzle of the Day at the challenging level...solved the second on the normal level...and off to the casual level...1st try....a hidden trap..2nd the same...third hand removed maybe 10 sets of tiles....no moves....but up to normal....same result....back up to challenging.....solved the puzzle but saw a "trap" early [wasn't hidden like the others]....I've played over 1000 puzzles....and don't expect to clear them all first time....but I want a puzzle that can be solved....ergo....for at least the time  being.....Mahjong FRVR....sleeps with the fishes....

   I started the day with a chance to hit two "goals" in one day....the first one....reaching a chip count of 275 million was pretty much a given....I had the chance at 2 roulette spins and up to 7 drops....assuming I played my 16+ hands....and didn't hit the wheel for 63'K both times....also started play 118 hands shy of 30'K hands played....well the one has been reached already....and the other will probably have to wait for another day....Was up later than usual last night so took a late drop last night and with  the one this morning was withing striking distance of the 275'M mark if I hit either of the two top spots on the roulette....plus I had a chip to double the high amount....had already claimed both the 10k+ & 16+ missions....didn't hit the top number but hit for 315'K....so at this moment stand at 1,001 chips over 275'K....one goal down....
   Logged on to play some Poker @06:09.....1000/500 blind table....125K max-buy-in....a good table....a 4 handed table....with little or no pre-flop nonsense....went on a bit of a hot streak and had my 10+ plus mission by the third hand....and so it remained I was up a decent amount and around the 20 minute mark two things happened....a kamikaze arrived....and for me the table got ice cold....couldn't catch a hand and when I did I'd miss the flop....and if I did hit the flop....no help from the river....after he left....the table if anything got colder....35 minutes in another kamikaze and a very aggressive tournament style player [30'K+ hands played & 1K+ tournaments played]....and I started to get some good looks at hole cards....but the pre-flop raises were too big for me to feel like I could call....was down more than I could accept to continue to try to get my 30th "K" hand so left the table....ergo....50 minutes played....79 hands played....38 sec/hand....11 winners....1 every 7.1 hands....and left 29,650$ on the table....just two many blinds [never more the a 6 handed game]....and too few decent hands....[no slots]....stand 40 hands short of 30'K hands played....most likely will wait until the morrow....

   I got a more typical start to the day this morning....got a "chair" at a 1000/500 blind table on the first try at 05:59....125K max-buy-in in hand....for the most part a decent table....but a short table....maybe once or twice a table of 6....but most of the time it was a 3 or 4 handed game....and there were several hands "heads-up".....only one "any-two-carder"....who wasn't there long.....actually nobody was there too long....except for me....very fluid table....some pre-flop nonsense.....some pot pushing....a few raids by kamikaze....all beaten off....and a few games of "my pair is bigger than yours'"....I even played in one of those....except I cheated....pocket Aces....flop came Ace/Seven/Seven....and a very nice pot.....first big pot of the day....new player....played a couple of hands....called, checked, or folded....goes all-in pre-flop....had nothing in the hole worth a call....hand plays out....he had pocket Aces....ok....seen that before....actually reasonably common....a couple of hands later....another pre-flop all-in.....this time pocket Jacks....then again with pocket Nines....and last time....pocket Threes....got away with it the first three times....but got caught the last time....but had that bet covered....but left soon after....with about what he had brought with him....I may....that's may call and  a pre flop all-in that I have covered and have pocket Aces....maybe....any pocket pair can be cracked [pause....off to take a drop][back w/ an extra 42'K....watched an ad.]
   My usual goal is to play for an hour....assuming a decent table....and no bad beats....so the hour was approaching....I had just a bit over my buy-in in my stack....had won several pots all small/blind pots...but just too many blinds and calls when the next card might be the right card....of course it rarely or ever is....checked my stats & was 11 hands shy of 100 hands played...decided to stay was on the button....hand 101....and caught pocket Aces....yup the hand mentioned above....first nice/big pot of the day and then went on a hot streak....ergo....90 minutes played....126 hands played....42.86 sec/hand....34 winners[10 hands trips or better] 1 win/every 3.71 hands....left with an extra 108,001$....no slots....

   Got kind of a late start today....never logged on until 06:55....but was able to get right on a 1000/500 blind table with my 125K max-buy-in in-tow....what was for the majority of the session a decent table....table average was 5 players....not a great deal of pre-flop raises....and when that did happen....there were in thee 1K to 2.5K range....something  I will call if I've got decent pockets.... occasional appearance by:....any-two-carders....a continuation bet....several battles over who had the bigger pair....and what would a weekend table be with out a few raids by Kamikazes....and for the first several minutes I was catching so decent pockets and hitting so flops....even got a friendly turn or river a couple of times....no big pots....mostly small/blind pots....but about mid way through  just hit a cold streak....just wasn't catching any decent pocket cards....and when I did....missed the flop completely....had been up maybe 20K and the wear and tare of the blinds and paying to see flops and missing had whittled me down to about 15K below my buy-in....and then the only hand of the day that I remember....I've got an Ace/Jack unsuited on the button....big blind bumps the pot by an extra K....and I called....4 handed game...Queen in the flop....big blind [an any to carder] raises a K....a fold/a call/I  call....Ten on the turn....again with the K bump and 2 calls....3 handed game to the river....another Ace....big blind goes all-in for around 50K....other player goes all-in for around 60K....one look at the board....can't see what could beat an Ace high straight unless I got rivered....again....with 4 to the straight on the board....so called....and there were two Ace high straights made....but the dude who went all-in first had two pair....and despite the fact that I spit the pot....got back in the  black....didn't he see 4 to the straight on the board ????....if I'd have been first to act with 4 to a straight on the board. with two pair I would have checked....he'd gone all-in after the river a couple of times and gotten away with it....or maybe it's the simple fact that it's faux money....in any case....I'll take the pot....or in this case half of it....ergo....60 minutes played....82 hands played....43.9 sec/hand....15 winners....1 every 5.42 hands....left with an extra 2,060$....not a king's ransom to be sure but in the black [no slots][first 3 drops without ads.]

   Logged on early this morning....[05:54]....game locked up during the ad associated with the drop I took....when it restarted....ad was gone....and I got a regular 21'K drop....got on a table and it froze again....don't honestly know whether whose problem it was....my, the game, or Facebook....????....
   The table I caught was both hot and cold....wild table....any to carders....tournament style...."My pairs bigger...." and a "Table Captain"....school yard bully real....but as for me....cold as a meat locker....I had seen the 16+ hands played  banner a couple of hands before I won my fist pot....after about 30 minutes....the table became much calmer....and if any thing my "hands" got colder....after that another table captain arrived....but the cold remained....despite the absolute cold streak....actually avoided any dummkopf calls....flopped high two pair....and called small raises....checked the river....button goes all-in....I thought he was slow playing trips....he'd got a pocket pair....I was wrong about the trips....he had a pocket pair already....Aces....so I would have lost to a better....board had paired on the turn....a low pair but a pair none the less....ergo....72 minutes....91 hands played....8 winners....1 win for every 11.4 hands....I did mention I was cold....left -37,500 on the table....

   Got a late start this morning not because as had happened the last two days a problem finding a "chair"....awoke as/usual just before 06:00 and rather than getting up and getting going...rolled  back over and the next time I looked at the clock it was nearly 07:00....
   Logged on @07:05 to a 1000/500 blind table....for the most part a table pretty well suited to my style of play....a table of for the most part set for 4 or 5 players....one or two any two carders and what would a game of poker be like without the occasional round or two of "My pairs bigger than Yours'".....won a bunch of pots....all blind/small pots....mostly on a pair or two....and one with a "high card"....but the session came down to one hand....small blind....looking down at a Nine/Seven suited....our resident any two carder raise 2K so I made the call....flop came Eight/Ten/Jack....flopped the straight and 4 to the flush....turn and river were blanks....except there was a board pair...one player went all-in....another followed....I  had both covered....I figured a straight would win the pot....so called....and I was right....the player who went all-in first....hole cards....Nine....&....Queen....oy vey....when you see the "tale of the table" below....the loss is pretty much just that hand....but a call I'd make almost every time....now I'd like to believe if I had to go all-in to protect that hand....I might think twice about giving up the straight....but truth is I probably won't....the only good  news is I've already taken 2 drops with ads. and the loss has been covered....the advantage "game-wise" of being retired, living a simple/quiet life....and able to take full advantage of the drops/roulette spins....ergo....45 minutes played....56 hands played....49.3 sec/hand....15 winners....1 out of every 3.73 hands....but one big loss....left 79,351 on the table....[no slots]

   I awoke at the usual time....picked up a drop that was waiting for me....and got the tables are full blurb....took me better that 2 hours to get a "chair" [1000/500 blind table & 125K max-buy-in]....and was reminded of the Yogi Berra quote "looks like deja vu all over again"....but that's where the similarity with yesterday ended....firstly not a table set for eight but rather for  the most part a table of four or five players....like yesterday I was catching decent hole cards today as well....but not like yesterday the flop, turn an river were my friends....yesterday I didn't make a hand better than 2 pair....today half the winners I had were trips or better....only one very nice pot....the rest blind/small/decent pots....but a very different outcome....so there I "sat" in the small blind looking down at an Ace/Nine suited and got to play the hand for a call of 2.5'K raise[already had 500$ in the pot so just another 2K]....suited and an Ace.....had to see the flop....flop  came and now I'm four to a flush....and  a "nut flush at that....player to my immediate [the raiser on the button} another 2.5'K bet....smooth call....turn gave me the flush....check....again a raise of 2.5 from the button....decided to trap and a smooth call....river put four to a straight on the board....no board pairs....again a check....button bets 25'K....figured he'd made the straight [he had]....re-raised 3.5'K wanted to build the pot....not spook him off....he called....and I had my best pot of the day....I said to myself....what are the odds he goes on "tilt"....and sure enough after two all-ins on his part he was gone....came back [auto-re-buy] and settled down....that's one of the hardest things to fight....you take a big loss and you try to get it right back the next hand....I've seen it work a couple of times but usually the player ends up leaving the table empty handed....one of the reasons I don't use auto-re-buy....gives me a chance to think and decided whether to go back at it or not....ergo....60 minutes played....77 hands played....46.75 sec/hand....18 winners [4 trips/2 straights/2 flushes/1 house/9 "others"]....1 out of every 4.28 hands played....left with any extra 30,225$....[slots]

   It's been a very weird day today....first off it took me more than two hours to get a table....tried several times not only at 1000/500 blind but 200/100 & 2K/1K....I kind of expect that on the weekend....but not on a week day....and then when I got on it was a table of eight....again a weekend thing but rare during the week....did fluctuate a little but for the most part a table of eight....pot-pushing....any two carding....my pairs bigger than yours....even a kamikaze or two....just total chaos....and to add to it I never actually caught a hand....oh I made a pair or two but never anything better....had four to a straight or flush after the flop several times....once four to a straight flush but nary the right card[s] appeared on the turn or river....lost 2 pair a couple of times to a turned or river better 2 pair....better kicker or trips or better....did manage to win two small pots....and complete both the 16+ and 10K+ missions....but took a beating doing it....i kept getting decent hole cards so would call a reason pre-flop raise....but just never connected with the board....oy vey....ergo....45 minutes played....35 hands played....1 minute 17 seconds/hand....pretty typical for a table of 8....2 winners....yup just 2....or 1 win every 17.5 hands....just not my day....left 53,750 on the table....why me....first two drops of the day were with ads.....

   The usual 1000/500 blind table with the every present 125'K max-buy-in [05:21 start]....and a pretty typical "weekend" table....except that at times a "three handed game"....and never more 6....and that  was only briefly....and all the styles were present at one time or another....and constant comings and goings....so that it was hard to get a "read" on either the table or the player you may find yourself in a pot with....now over the last few days I've been having decent luck at the tables.....no real big win kind of days....but some  decent days and a few were I just barely keep my "nose" above water....but nobody wins every time out....the day basically came down to one hand....I've been saying all along it's not enough to catch a good hand....but you need to catch it at the right  time....turned a Jack high straight....player in the hand with me was a small stack....all-inner....not pre-flop....but more often or not if he was in the pot would going all-in any time after the flop....he went all-in on the turn....I had him covered and called....turn had been a 6 that gave me the straight....river was another 6....and as it turned out....or should that be rivered out....a full house....dang....did get nearly back to even at one point but then I couldn't catch a cold....decided to lick my wounds and leave....actually won a bunch of pots....but none bigger than just a decent pot....ergo....90 minutes played....124 hands played....43.6 sec/hand....15 winners....1 out of every 5.9 hands....left 71,575 on the table....and a disappointing 1/11 & 200$ at the one-armed-bandit....[first two drops....no ads.]

   Logged on to Poker @06:23....got right on a 1000/500 blind table and my arrival made it a four handed game.....[125K max-buy-in]....right from the start I was catching decent pocket cards but if I was hitting the flop....it was just a small piece of it....usually bottom pair....had four to a straight or flush a bunch of times but over the course of play only hit the 5th card twice....did have spurt or two where i made some "real" hands....did make trips once....well actually twice....but that time also had a pair and built a house....okay it was Two's over Four's but a house none the less....and one other hand but first this hand....I'm to the immediate right of the button....and what should I find in the pocket but a pair of cowboys...ride 'um cowboys....just a smooth call....but a 2.5K raise from the big blind....????....check his stats....about 500 hands played....me thinks maybe an Ace bet...smooth call....basically a blank board....again a bet from the big blind....5K this time....turn changed nothing....big blind goes all in....ah shucks....had him covered so called....my cowboys herded the pot to my stack [biggest pot of the day] and sure enough....he had been riding a singleton Ace....I never bet the Ace....sure if I have a pocket Ace I want to see the flop and will call a reasonable raise....but I'm not going to bet the "farm" on it....but then  the table changed....now 5 to 6 handed game....a brief raid by a kamikaze....a couple of "any two carders'....a few tournament style players....a game or two of "My pairs bigger than Yours' ".....but with my luck caught the best hand of the day and....had a pocket pair...the big blind to my immediate right....first to act....looking a pocket Fours....just a  call....around the table 4 calls and a check....flop comes....don't remember what the other 2 cards were but remember the 3rd Four....decided to trap...check....no raises....turn produced the 4th four....I raise 3'K....2 calls and 3 folds....bet another 3'K....2 calls....maybe they checked my stats and saw I only raise .4% of the time....rats....ergo....67 minutes played....87 hands played....46.2 sec/hand....15 winners....1 every 5.8 hands....but just too many blinds and calls and misses on the flop....but left with an extra 3,667$....[no slots][first drop 21'K s/ads, second drop 42'K w/ads & a 1,680'K roulette spin]

   A more normal start time to what was not a  completely normal session of cards at Super Happy Fun Time Poke[a game off Facebook]....found a "chair" at 05:52 at a 1000/500 blind table w/ the /usual 125K max-buy-in....but before I talk about the "play"....let me say a word(s) about how the session ended....
   If you've played "Hold 'um" you know the sequence of play....get your pockets....a round of betting...see the flop....a round of betting.....turn....bet....river....bet....but from time to time when players are coming and going there is a glitch in the game and an extra round of betting occurs after everyone has called/checked/folded....without seeing another card....always seems to happen when players come or go during the play of a hand....this happened today....but in the 3 time around....game froze....I have an iffy WiFi connect which sometimes fades so initially that's what I thought had happen....but when it didn't resolve....left for the lobby....and my total bank was not what it should be....logged off....tried to log back on and all I got was the opening screenshot....a couple of more attempts....got to the lobby and everything was as it should be....Total Bank amount was correct....????....
   As to the play....table of 4 that soon became a table of 3....and what basically resembled a high stakes "food fight" with big bets flying around the table....with no end in sight....did manage to catch a few nice pots....and  lost a couple of nice pots....and my stack yo-yo-ed constantly....don't usually get involved in that style of play but I was catching....after that concluded....a table of 5 or 6 emerged....and while maybe not quite as intense the same chaotic style remained.... it was the day of the turn/river....but for a change both ways....got hurt by those two rascals....and got helped a few times as well....ergo....43 minutes played....56 hands played....46 sec/hand....12 winners....1 every 4.67 hands....left with an extra 3,050$.....and both missions [first two drops 42'K w/ads.]

   A more typical start to the day.....found a "chair" at a 1000/500 blind table and the /usual 125K max-buy-in....@06:04....a short table at first....and a fairly calm table....a brief spat or two of pre-flop raise and some "my pair is bigger than yours'' [aka: raise...re-raise....repeat] but really wasn't catching anything better than two pair....did make trips once....won a few pots but none that could be called anything but small/blind pots....but after maybe 10 minutes....the table changed from a 3 or 4 player table to a 5 or 6 player table....and among the newcomers were a couple of "any-to-carders"....and a major pot pusher....except for one other player....they were all 5K hands played or less....and a couple of the players were under 500 hands played....a a rook....check when he arrived....80 hands played....if I had been willing to chase and call large raises....would have made some hands....straights & flushes....but would have lost far more hands than I won....there were hands that I did call a reasonable pre-flop raise if I did have decent hole cards....even a post-flop call if I caught a piece of the pot....but if the turn didn't help....and there was a big raise....I was gone....had originally intended to play an extended session today....at least an hour....but as 30 minutes loomed 1 was going to book it....won a few pots and decided to stay....but then if it was possible the chaos increased....played to the button and left....not the session I had hoped for....but it was the session I got....did manage to keep my "head above water" but just barely....ergo....37 minutes played....50 hands played....44.4 sec/hand....11 winners....one every 4.55 hands....but like I said all the pots were small/blind pots....escaped with 975$ I didn't have when I started....did pickup both 16+ & 10K+ missions....[first two drops of the day were @21'K s/ads.]

   Over the last week or so I've been getting increasingly annoyed with Mahjong FRVR....I've had more than a few puzzles that weren't solvable....a couple of days ago one puzzle on the challenging level had only one pair of dragon tiles....which you never saw until you got near the bottom of a stack....and one tile was on top of two others with one dragon on top and one underneath....no way to remove....and other similar situations....should you fail to complete a puzzle....you have two options....you can restart....the structure of the puzzle is the same but the tiles have been re-arranged....or you can have the current puzzle "reshuffled"....if you watch a video[aka: advertisement]....and their the same ones used on the Poker site....now I'll watch them I Poker because it doubles the free chip drop....but not on Mahjong FRVR....I'll just restart the puzzle or switch to another level of difficulty....at least for the time being I probably will just play the "Puzzle of the Day"....start at the challenging level....and if I fail to solve....drop down a level until I solve it....if I fail on all three levels....then....well I haven't yet....but except for the daily puzzle will  give it a rest for awhile....possibly a long while....[here ends the rant]....

    My normal routine is to....roll out of bed....attend to a couple of necessary things....log on and play some Poker....normally that puts me at a "table" one side or the other of 06:00....same deal this morning but never logged on and "sat down" til 07:05....guess the body needed an extra "40 winks" this morning.....took a "chair" [1000/500 blind table w/125K max-buy-in] at a table, what for the most part was a very "quiet" table....for the most part no pre-flop raises and very little post flop action....won seven pots....all blind/small pots....all on a pair or two pair....but there were the occasional spats of insanity....every few hands one player would either pre-flop or post-flop throw out a 20K +/- raise....never had a hand to play....so always folded....until....I'm in the big blind with a Two/Four suited....and got to play for a check....fold came Ace/Three/Five....not only did I flop the "wheel" I flopped 4 to a flush and four to a straight flush....and the player picked the right time [well from my POV] to raise just over 20K....smooth call....turn was a blank....well for me anyways....again a 20K+/- raise....again a smooth call....river a Six....again the raise....thought about a re-raise but just called and a very nice pot indeed....but a couple hands later.....new players arrived....and brought both a couple of "any-to-carder" and a player with a very aggressive "tournament" style of play....checked his stats....yup....tournament player....if he had decent pockets a pre-flop raise....after the flop....continuation bets....only caught one hand....on the button....had a Six in the hole....no pre-flop raise so played with a check....another Six on the flop....no action....a Six on the turn....no action....thought about a raise off the button.....but decided not to....the river...you  guessed it....the 4th Six....no action....made a min-raise....no takers....a blind pot....I have talked about catching the right hand at the right time....well today that was 1 out of 2....ergo....30 minutes played....45 hands played....table varied from 3 to 6 players....40 sec/hand....9 wins....1 win every 5 hands....left with an extra 57,050$....[again no slots]

   Logged on to play some Poker @06:28....and as/usual a 1000/500 blind table....w/125'K max-buy-in....and was and remained for the most part a pretty calm table of 4 to 5 players....with very little in the way of pre-flop raises and when there were they were small....or were an "Ace or pocket pair" bet....then it might even be an all-in....early on lost a decent pot when I had trips and one of the other players rivered a straight....only 3 to the straight on the board....he raised but I just couldn't lay the trips down....on the other hand the other 3 times I made trips took down 3 very nice pots....only 3 other pots....small/blind pots....one of the 3 was a straight and despite a minimum raise and a continuation bet only got 2 calls to the first and on the second just a couple of folds....but played some decent poker....an enjoyable session....did loosen up a little and called the blinds on marginal hands a little more than usual....but I was "ahead" and that's a normal thing for me if I'm on a table that fits my small ball, slow play, trapping style....would have liked to "catch" a few more hands....but then who doesn't....ergo....32 minutes played....37 hands played....pace of play: 51.9 seconds/hand....6 winners....1 win/6.2 hands.....but left with an extra 34,025$.....and  of course both 16+ & 10K+ missions in-tow....because after all there is a game within the game....[no slots....have 15 free spins at present....but the fact that I was playing more hands than usual....just didn't have the right moment to play with the one-armed-bandit]

   Took a "chair" right off at 06:11 this morning at a 1000/500 blind and placed my 125K max-buy-in on the "table"....only took a few hands to realize the player to my immediate right played the same still I did....maybe a tad "looser" but very similar styles....a few hands later to the aforementioned player's right another "kindred spirit" arrived.....so now there was a triumviri at the table....and in concert we pretty much controlled the play....a kamikaze arrived and the "three" all folded for 3 or 4 hands....all he got was the blinds....then he waited to after the flop....got caught....one of the three caught the nuts....and the kamikaze went down in flames....there were a couple of "any-two carders" and pot pushers....but eventually one of "three" caught a good hand and they were gone....after about 40 minutes however the three became two and the chaos started to return to the table.....just before I left the two became one and on the next hand the one became none....
   I only won one pot....a pot pusher....was....well....pushing the pot....the board paired....he went all-in....I had him covered.....maybe he had trips or two pair....but he'd been betting like that every hand he'd played in his brief stay at the "table".....so....me and my pocket Aces called....and he went bye-bye....all of the rest were blind or small pots....ergo....60 minutes played.....79 hands played....a rather brisk 45.6 sec/hand pace of play....16 winners....1 out of every 5 hands....left with an extra 23,437$ i hadn't brung with me....[no slots....but 13 free rolls waiting in the wings]....and a very enjoyable session of poker....well al least the first 40 minutes anyways....

[+49*F...."feels like" +45*F....mostly cloudy....east winds @8 mph....rain expected late afternoon/early evening....continuing through Tuesday]

   Kind of an annoying morning on two fronts....first it took me about 90 minutes and uncounted tries to get on a table....tried several times on both a 1000/500 blind table & a 2K/1K table....with no luck....would play either Fall Spades or Mahjong FRVR....and randomly pop back and try for a "chair" at either table....no dice....or rather no  "chair"....and added to that my essential tremors [link]] have been a little more troubling than/usual this....not really serious but when like today a pain in my tuckus....ergo....

  "Sat down" [finally] at a 2K/1K table a plopped my 250K max-buy-in down....for my time there was with a few exception a four handed game....except for a brief raid by a lone kamikaze....and an occasional pre-flop raise....a decent table....one advantage of the 2K/1K table is getting your 10K mission is usually quite easy....5 or more played who all just call the big blind before the flop and there is already 10K in the pot....any any small pot even with 3 or 4 will do the trick....I took a small betting twice....once when I lost two pair to a better two pair....and the other when my trips got bet by a rivered straight....[only 3 to the straight on the board]....but the winners came in spurts....won't win a hand for 7 or 8 hands and then win 3 or 4 out of the 7 or 8....I play on a desktop....Chrome base....and even with my well practiced two handed mouse style....I was still having a degree of difficulty that was....well....I wasn't having any fun....ergo....32 minutes played....42 hands played....44.3 sec/hand....10 winners....1 out of every 4.2 hands....I can certainly live with take ratio....left with an extra 30,200$ I hadn't brung with me.....[no slots[had 11 free spins but....]]....now off to see the wizard or Aldi which ever I find first....

   Logged on to play some poker just before 06:00 [a little late posting this morning but sometimes life has a way of intervening].....got on a 1000/500 blind table with my 125K max-buy-in in hand after just one aborted attempt....and landed in a table were I made it an 8 player table....but a very fluid....very chaotic....a couple of hands of 5 to seven players....but as soon as a player(s) left....either voluntarily....or busting out....a player or players would soon arrive to take a "chair"....there were visits by kamikaze....but a hand finishing with two or more players going all-in....was even more common....there were almost no hands that end in what could truly describe as a small/blind pot....big pot poker reigned or rained....take you pick....pot pushing/pre-flop raises were the normal....and more often than not the pot was won win two pair or less....I even saw a large pot won by "high card".....or a single pair and a better kicker....oy vey....and then there were a couple of players I don't have the courtesy to call "Table Captains".....but must call them what they are...."school yard bullies".....one had near one million  chips.....and go all-in after the river....nothing board....and I had a straight....thought I had him beat....but unless I called....went all-in....it really wasn't a big pot at that point and I was not "pot committed"....just not worth the effort....besides I threw some stroke of luck was "ahead" at the time....and was thinking of leaving that crazy table with my sanity [such as it is] and stack in tact....ergo....and believe it or not....62 minutes played....1 hand every 73 seconds.....only 3 winners in 52 hands played [twice two pair & once flopped an Ace high straight]....left with an extra 8,725$....[no slots]....[ 2 drops so far and a roulette coming at the bottom of this hour....as to the drops....1 with and 1 without ads....]

   A start on the late side for me this morning....never took a "chair" a the /usual 1000/500 blind table w/ my 125K max-buy-in until 06:53....and found myself at a table with one style....pot pushing....big pot poker....first hand pocket Ace/Nine and flopped two pair....ended up all-in and losing to a turned trip Eights....now I don't use auto-re-buy....on the rare occasions when I do go bust....I prefer to take a minute to decided what to do....so I did re-buy and found myself at the self same table....thought about...beating a haste retreat and trying to find a table more conducive to my style....while I "sat" there a couple of hands went by and I caught a King/Ten....and flopped two pair....which held up and won back about 100K of what I had lost....I did  say they were playing big pot poker....I'm not sure that there ever was an "any-two-carder" at the table....with big pre-flop bets on most hands and if not than, then after the flop there would be....who could tell....????....there was a brief stop by a kamikaze and nothing changed....the crazy thing about the whole deal was except for the two pair hand mentioned above....only won three other pots....none of which could be called blind/small pots....and except for a pot I won when I flopped three Aces....won the other two with high pair....I sometimes write about the appearance of a few hands of "My pair is bigger than Your pair".....but today that was the style being played on virtually every hand....now I know how to play that style....I hate it....but I can play it....the clock told me I was approaching 30 minutes played....and as I often do....played to the button and booked.....45 hands played....40 sec./hand....4 winners....1 every 11.25 hands....and yet....left with an extra 27,050$ above and beyond the 250'K I had "put up"....[ roulette spin was waiting when I logged in....got the minimum 63'K....have a drop coming shortly....????....]
