   First trip to a Poker table....all-in-all a decent table....a few pre-flop raises....but ever time at the showdown turned out the raiser had pocket pairs....won a small pot, and a blind pot on the hand that the 16+ mission banner was displayed....was about to fold and looked at my hole cards....pocket Queens....just a smooth call....I prefer to slow play....see if I get some raises from the other players....and wouldn't you know....flop had another Lady in it....and a nice pot....and the 10K+ banner made an appearance....ergo....14 minutes played....16 hands played....up 6,120$....0/3 on the Slots....
   Blackjack 21....first table....4 at the table....but just like yesterday....2 not betting....but not leaving either....???....not sure  what that's all about but played one hand and  changed tables....
   So first trip Blackjack 21 part II....all that needs to be said is that in 16 hands played....dealer only busted twice....5 times made hands of 18 to 20....2 pushes and the others were beat by better hands....so the numbers are as follows: 10 minutes played....average table 3 or 4 players....16 hands....2 wins....2 pushes....2 dealer busts....down 80$....

   Decided to take a second trip to Poker. and for awhile it was my kind of table....but towards the end, between the arrival of kamikaze, dive bombers, a pot pushing....was no point to stay and look for that I big hand....did manage to win a couple of small pots and a blind pot.... lost 2 pair to a higher kicker....not the trip I was looking for....but you can't always get what you want....weird thing happened....about 20 minutes in....hand was dealt and I didn't get any hole cards....it happens went you first "sit down" when a hand is in progress.....but have never seen that happen before....?....anyways....32 minutes played....39 hands played....down 4,245$....but still ahead for the day....first roulette, got a 2nd best 300K....

   About an average log-in time this morning, had awakened just after mid-night local time and decided to take the faux money drop I knew was available on both Poker and Blackjack 21....rolled out of bed, took the cash, and rolled back into bed....
  First run Poker....another collection of low stack pot pushers....did win one small pot....and did call a few small pre-flop raises with decent hole cards....but except for that one time....missed the flop....14 hands....down 2,220$....did take 200$ from 1 out of 3 spins at the Slots....
   "Sat down" at first Blackjack 21 table of the day....won the first 3 hands and a push on the fourth....caught some good cards....and some not so good....but on the whole a better run of cards than I usually get....made a blackjack on a hand....looked at the time....10 minutes played....thought about playing on....but thought no....time to leave....15 hands played....9 wins....1 blackjack....1 other 21....2 pushes....6 dealer busts....up 65$....you might ask...."You were on a roll....why leave?"....and I would reply...." Been there....done that....have a stack of tee-shirts....and always seem to lose in the end"....I'm not being pessimistic....okay maybe a little....but after playing just south of 6K hands....I've come to the conclusion that the longer you play....the longer you expose yourself to the "house edge"....the more likely you are to leave money on the table....yup....I know the money ain't real....I know the game is for fun....but I have  more fun when I leave with more then what I brought....

   Took my regular morning "seat" at a Poker table....a decent table....won a couple of  blind pots and a small pot....but my hands went cold....and if I did catch a hand....the flop....well for me anyways....was a flop....missed my hole cards completely....and then a bully arrived....aka a table captain....rats....ridiculous pre-flop raises....there is away to combat this....the rest of the table just doesn't play along....works on kamikaze as well....problem is too many other players just play follow the leader....and it's not like we're playing with the rent money here....but....oy vey....17 hands played....left 680$ on the table....took 200$ from 1/4 on Slots....but first trip to the faux money table this morning hit a roulette spin for 800K....
   First table of  the day....Blackjack 21....caught a dealer with a "split-personality".....lost count....but lost the first 5 or 6 hands....he was dining at a 5 star restaurant....and I was dumpster diving  at a "greasy spoon diner"....and then we traded spaces....not soon enough but did dig myself most of the way out of the hole I was in....10 minutes played....very fluid table....2 to 4 players....and changed almost every other hand....16 hands....6 wins....1 blackjack....4 dealer busts....down 25....but just like Poker....first trip to the faux money this morning....top of the mark roulette spin for 2K....

   Just when you've thought you've seen it all....you "sit down" at the craziest Blackjack 21 table yet....first hand....blackjack....but dealer is showing an Ace....you guessed it....flips a 10....push....crap....players at the table....3, then 2, then 4, then 5, then 4 ,then 3, then just me and the dealer for 5 hands, then 2 and finally 3....now the expects say you have your best chance of beating the odds, and the "house edge" when there are more players at the table....the fuller the table is, the better your chances are....the 5 head to head hands....3 wins, 1 loss, 1 push....(the Mad one can be seen scratching his head)....dealer was catching and then not catching....and the Old MadTrollie was doing about the same....ergo....17 minutes played....27 hands....11 wins....1 blackjack....2 other 21's....2 pushes....1 split(won both)....1 double (doubled on an 11 count, hit a 10, winner)....8 dealer busts....down 20$....a wild ride for sure....my first re-action to all this is all you will gain from trying to figure this game out....is a headache....

   About an average start time today...."sat down" at what at the time was a pretty decent table....had a couple of good pocket cards a few times....but never hit the flop....then after bring benign for a few hands....the high stack....decided to declare  himself table captain....in the most aggressive manner....he went all in 4 hands in a row....dang....and from that point to when i departed the table it was pure chaos....but after I had already folded....would have hit a couple of flops....also would have missed a couple of flops....not today but I have lost count as to how many times I've see "afraid to gamble" mini-pop-up....and if your definition of gambling is to risk your whole stack on any two cards....then by that definition....I'm not a gambler....anyways....15 hands....left 1500$ at the table....however....went 2/5 at the Slots....for 1500$....so the cash was a wash....but despite the hand count....was credited with the 16+ mission....so my mission was accomplished.....
   Blackjack 21....same old....same old....first two cards....a 5 & a 6....dealer showing a 10....I hit caught a 10....21....dealer flips an Ace....here we go again....10 minutes played....players 3, sometimes 2, and then 4 hands just me....23  hands....7 wins....the aforementioned other 21....6 dealer busts....down 80$....just couldn't catch a hand....and when I did....see above....oy vey

   I play the solitaire games for different reasons....but i general just to keep my mind sharp....forces me to concentrate....and in some cases as/in the Mahjong....each puzzle has to be "attack" at the right spot....Clock and Freecell are there for a different reason....easy puzzles....but by making them a "race"....helps my small motor skills to stay sharp....

   Early start....Poker table....a meeting of "Pot Pushers Are Us".....actually would have hit a few flops....I was in the small blind first hand....4/7 in the hole....now I won't play the hand normally if not in the blinds....but I wasn't going to play it for a 4K raise....flop would have given me two pair....oh well....and that happened a couple of more times....did win one small pot....down 780$....no Slots....
   Blackjack 21....first 4 hands....flipped 2-19's & 2-20's....only won one hand on a dealer bust....and that was how the first trip continued....made my share of decent hands....but the only win without a dealer bust was my 18 beat a dealer 17....10 minutes played....a short table....15 hands....4 wins....1 push....3 dealer busts....down 50$....There is an old adage "The early bird gets the worm"....or in this case the early Mad Trollie got wormed....

    Pretty normal start time for first trips....logged on both Blackjack 21 and Poker first thing....Blackjack 21 loaded normally....but Poker took awhile....I can be a real dummkopf at times....the whole point in waiting to take the roulette spin on Poker was to get the two slot chips....you got it....got distracted....probably the long loading time....and forgot to claim the chips....but unlike yesterday got right on a Poker table....nice table....within the first four hands had took a blind pot with a pair of 10s....and a decent pot with trip 4's.....and the 10K+ drop-down appeared....never won another pot....but after a few hands the pot pushing started....but not the higher stacks but the aggression was coming from the lower stacks....right at the end the kamikaze arrived....and I exited....17 hands played....up 5,670.....&....0/3 on the Slots....the 10K+ mission is based on the total pot minus the "house cut" which is 5%....and you have money in the pot....to what you gain over what you had at the beginning of the hand is your "net increase"....
   Blackjack 21....short table....2 to 4 players at any given time....but 2 or 3 most of the time....except for me all were level 1's....smoking hot dealer....the only hands I won were on dealer busts....even the blackjacks I made he busted on....and the level 1's were dropping like flies....10 minutes played....18 hands....5 wins....2 blackjacks (dealer made 4 blackjacks)....5 dealer busts....down 60$....when the dealer is that hot there is nothing you can do but bet low....or you could just pull up stakes and leave quickly....

   Despite the pasting I took earlier, I "sat-down" at another Blackjack 21 table....main focus was to chart play....turned out like this....lost 1st 4 hands....won 2....lost 1....won 4....lost 1....won 2....lost the last hand played....way too small pf a sampling to come to any conclusions....but will start doing that from time to time....but deep down I thinking I might be looking for a pattern that doesn't exist in the first place....lets look at the raw numbers....10 minutes played....16 hands credited ( but only 15 hands actually played....got credit as/usual for the hand that was in progress when I first "sat-down" at the table)....basically a 3 table ( 1 hand 4, and 1 hand 2)....8 wins....1 blackjack....1 other 21....6 dealer busts (busted on my blackjack)....up 15$....I won 8 hands and lost 7....

   Logged on as/usual on Poker....no joy....took a drop on Blackjack 21....still no joy on Poker....back to Blackjack...."sat down" and caught the dealer from the abyss....except for 2 bust and 1 other hand....every hand he flipped or hit was a 19, 20, or 21....very fluid table....10 minutes played....15 hands....4 wins....2 blackjacks....2 dealer busts....down 50$....back to Poker....no joy....your table is full....a trip to Facebook....a few solitaire games....back to Poker....to make a long story short....after 2 and 1/2 hours and a finally rejection....tried a 1000/500 blind table.....a decent sometimes 3 and often 6 or 7 players....within the first few hands won a blind pot for 3'K....only 3 at the table at the time....determined to either get my 10K+ mission or lose 25K trying....just didn't catch a hand....after awhile was down almost 20K and not in the blinds but hole cards were my old friends a "Warthog" (Ace/Ten....unsuited)....paid to play....flop....Jack, Queen, King.....risked more then 25K but ended up with a very nice pot....23 minutes played....28 hands played....up 19,922$....both 16+ and 10K+ missions in hand....(no slots)....

   Second trip to a Blackjack 21 table....and for a change dealer was not catching hands....and not hitting very well either....dealer busted 50% of the time....most of the time only 3 players including me at the table....several times dealer was showing 6 or less....and rather than play safe the other 2 hit and busted and dealer busted....I'm the first to admit that my refusal most of the time to not hit on a 12 or higher, doesn't always work....but this session it worked....10 minutes played....( was tempted to play longer, but then if the dealer got hot would have lost what I had gained)....11 wins....1 blackjack 21....9 dealer busts....up 55$....

   I could have take 1 other drop on both games around 23:00 tonight....both roulette....makes no difference on Blackjack 21....but if I take the one on Poker after mid-night....when the missions re-set it will give me two more slot spins....ergo....might as well take both tomorrow morning when I log on for first trips to the tables....One thing about my Poker tactics I haven't mentioned....is I always take the option of the max-buy-in allowed for whatever table I play at, regardless of the blinds ....I can see where if your intent was to go all-in on any two cards on every hand....aka: kamikaze....the minimum buy-in and auto-re-buy would be the ticket....but for me it's max-buy-in....

   Pretty normal for me start time is morning....as/usual went to Poker first....and for the first time in a long time got "table is full".....tried a couple more times....no joy....Went to Blackjack 21....most of my session there were 3 of us at the table....1 hand 4....and another 2....but there were some comings and goings....and 5 players busted out....actually only 4....but leaving with a bank of 7$ is just avoiding the inevitable....and the 4 who actually busted....busted on hands where the dealer busted....and there was money to be won....now I'll admit I was catching some decent hands....but....today the "no bust tactic" worked....10 minutes played....15 hands....9 wins....1 blackjack....5 dealer busts....up 45$....and then a trip back to Poker....about 15 minutes had elapsed since my first tries at a table...."sat down" at was until the appearance of a kamikaze just as I was about to leave, a good table for me....and actually had several decent hole cards....played more pots than I normally do....but the "fates" or rather the "flops" were nit with me....on 4 different occasions had 4 to a straight....admittedly 3 were "gut shots"....and never got the card....17 hands played....left 2,900$ at the table....short table....got caught in the blinds a couple of  times....and did play a few more hands as I said....but went 2/5 at the slots for 800$....16+ mission achieved....claimed....and the 2x clock engaged....first roulette spin....bottom of the barrel 60K....

1) Life interfered with game play today....had 3 errands to run....all in different directions....and at different times....but things that had to be done....and done today....normally since I'm retired and can schedule it better....just not today....
2) I'm a bit confused....Both Poker and Blackjack 21 have been loading very slowly today....good WiFi connection but I kept getting the "reconnecting" notice....didn't have trouble anywhere else online....no explanation....just a little weird....

   Did get an early start, so barring a unforeseen event should get 4 cycles of free money per game before I need to leave....Poker....I'm not sure which I hate worse, kamikaze, dive bombers, or a table captain....today's guest star....a table captain....ridiculously huge pre-flop bets....16 hands played....left 1,700$ at the table....but went 1/3 on slots for 400$.....did see the flop a couple of times but never made a hand....
   Blackjack 21....most of the hands I think came right of the compost pile on a hot/humid day....the best hand of the session was a 20....which lost to a blackjack....10 minutes played....3 or 4 at the table....16 hands played....6 wins....5 dealer busts....down 30$

   Another early start...."sat down" at a pretty good table....a bit of my pair is bigger than your pair....and a brief appearance of a table captain but for the most part a good table....last had I played a kamikaze appeared but I was on my way out anyways....won a small pot, and a  blind pot....lost a  nice pot...2 Queens on the board...I had another in the hole....so did the other player....only he also had an 8 in the hole....yup....there was an 8 on the board....nuts....14 hands played....but was credited with the 16+ mission....down 4,445$....
   Blackjack 21....10 minutes played....a 3/4 player table....an experienced table....when I sat down the players at the table....a level 3, a 4 and 2-5's....the 4 left and a 5 sat down....10 minutes played....16 hands....9 wins....3 blackjacks ( made consecutive blackjacks on the last two hands I played)....1 push....1 split ( dealer showing a 7, I split 7's....made 2-17's....dealer flipped an Ace....oh well)....5 dealer busts....up 45$....although this is subject to change....at least for awhile....if I'm even or up or down 20$....will consider extending my play....if I'm down or up more than 20$....I'm gone....

   Because it is my intention to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with an early afternoon meal with by brother and sister-in-law at their home....I probably will be away from my desktop at least 6 hours tomorrow....now I have a drop on Blackjack 21 around 21:30 tonight which I probably will take and count in tomorrows tally....also a roulette spin on Poker at around 22:30 tonight.....probably will wait until tomorrow as it will count for my free slots spins....how much I actually play tomorrow I'll decide tomorrow.....depends on how early I get up....and how much play I can get in before being picked up around 13:00....and what time I return.....yet to be determined....I may not actually play much at all....but just collect what drops and roulette spins time will allow for....

   I've been considering the pro's and con's of length of play at both Poker and Blackjack 21....my feelings are if you catch a Poker table where you can play your style of game....then you increase your odds of winning by playing for an extend period of time....but on the Blackjack 21 tables....the longer you play....the more you expose yourself to the built-in house edge....after 20 minutes today I was up over 60$....but the dealer got hot and I wasn't....if it  hadn't been for the 5 blackjack I would have lost....

   Pretty normal start to the day...."sat down" at a Poker table....a swarm of kamikaze and dive bombers but got to the turn before the craziness took place on one of the first few hands played....made 3 Aces on the turn....had to throw 5K in the pot but won a nice pot and the 10K+ mission to boot....endured a 3 player game of "my pair is bigger than your pair"....one of the pots was won with just a pair of 7's....(The Mad One is shaking his head)....only won 1 other small pot and a blind pot....then the craziness return and I was gone....30 minutes played....sometimes 7 at the table and sometimes only 4....typical crazy table....took 2,440$ off the table and another 400$ from 2/3 at the slots....also left with 16+ & 10K+ missions in hand....
   Got up from the Poker table and "sat right down" at a Blackjack 21 table....10 minutes played....fluid table....anywhere between 2 and 4.....18 hands played....8 wins....1 blackjack....1 other 21 (lost to a blackjack)....5 dealer busts....down 5$....normally would have stuck it out for awhile....but things intervened....saw a player I've seen before....a level 9....with over 20K hands played....except for the fact that the player varies the size of the bets....sometimes 2K....plays pretty much the same style I do....but if memory servers....although still in the 5 figure range....their bank is lower than the last time I saw them....could be wrong....been a few weeks....

   Got a late start for me this morning but needed the rest after a late night....First Poker...."sat down" to a meeting of Kamikaze and Dive Bombers are us....had to remind myself that I was there for the 16+ mission....after a bit....a lull....I'm in the big blind....with suited (Hearts) Jack/Ten....got in the hand with a call....flop....don't remember the 3rd card but the other 2 were a Queen and a Nine....but Hearts....so I'm sitting there with 4 to a straight (open ended), 4 to a flush, and  4 to an open ended straight flush....small blind checked....I check....a small raise....call....turn....King of Hearts....raised 500$....2 calls....raised 500 on the river....just 1 call....decent pot....but I'm a "trapper"....hoped someone hand made a hand and would raise big....didn't happen but....oh well....won another pot with a pair of Queens....decided to stick as I figured I was close to the 10K+ mission....never caught another hand....and the meeting of the K & D B's re-convened....and I was gone....16+ mission in had but just missed the 10K+.....not a big deal....33 minutes played....32 hands....took 765$ from the table and an addition 900$ off 2/3 on Slots....
   As a teen I played in a "slow pitch softball" league where I grew up....one year led the league with a .721 batting average....but at Blackjack 21 again today had hit-able hands and pretty much stuck out....10 minutes played....fluid table but generally 3 to 4 at the table....12 hands....5 wins....1 blackjack (last hand)....4 dealer busts....down 25$....

   Pretty normal start to the day....but then I logged on to Poker....typical Saturday table....the kamikaze and dive bombers were out in force....but as is the case with that type of activity....very fluid table....but generally 6 players....never got stuck in the blinds....ergo....12 hands played....but....given credit for the 16+ mission....I know I'm as farmisht as to what's going on but I'll take the mission and move on....didn't catch a hand....which is a good thing....give I didn't get "ticked off" not having a chance to "give it ago".....down 90$....0/5 on Slots....
   And then there was Blackjack 21....when I "sat down" at the table there were two other players....first hand the 3 of us....2nd hand only 2 of us....and that stayed that way for the majority of my 20 minutes at the table....towards the end it was 3 and then 4....34 hands played....18 wins....1 blackjack....1 other 21....12 dealer busts....up 35$....now the theory is that your odds of winning are better the more players there are at the table....but in this case I actually won a higher percentage of hands when there were just the two of us....anomaly....or just that fact that there is no way to predict this crazy game....oh almost forgot....the dude who was at the table with me for the whole session had a very unique avatar....you could see him in the shadows in the background....in the foreground you were looking down the barrel of a very large caliber handgun....and I thought this was supposed to be a "friendly" game....(hehe)....

   So today I managed to win more on the Blackjack 21 tables than I lost....but on average I really don't think it's possible to beat the game long term....on the other hand....bottom line is because I'm retired and take full effect of the Drops & Roulette, and because of my "small ball" betting....I'm never going to lose in a day more then what I gain....so unless I find something better I'll continue to play the game....

   Got an early start today....Poker....not a bad table....a little pot pushing....all-ins....but only post-flop....short table....but those weren't the problem....just couldn't catch a hand....well that's not quite true....did win a blind pot....when the other plays had less then I did....14 hands played....but got the drop down giving me the 16+ mission....clock is running....down 1,630$....but....hit a roulette spin for 800'K....but still wished I could have caught some hands....
   Blackjack 21....it wasn't that the dealer wasn't beatable....hand several hit-able hands....and made 2 other 21's....but by in large just got a bunch of garbage hands....10 minutes played....20 hands....2 or 3 players at the table....2 other 21's....1 push....4 dealer busts....down 20$....a player came to the table after I had "sat down".....500$ in his bank....hit an incredible run of cards....made blackjack at least 3 times....at one point over 5K....average bet once he got on the run was 1K, and sometimes more....and before I left he took the long walk w/ 0$ in his bank....like I've always said you can beat the dealer at times....but if you're in for the "long haul" with this game....don't bet big....unless you're willing to lose big....but on the other hand....we're not betting the rent money here....just meaningless 0's and 1's....and everyone has their own reasons for playing....and why they play the way they do....

   They say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results....by that benchmark I must be crazier than a loon....that's right....Blackjack 21....dealer was getting his cards from the "Top Shelf"....again....and I was getting most of my hands off the stable floor....again....ergo....10 minutes played....21 hands played....short table....played two hands "head to head" with the dealer....6 wins....1 other 21....1 push....3 dealer busts....down 70$....as/usual had some good hit-able hands, but except for the 1 other 21....swung and missed....however....by controlling my betting....I make more off drops and roulette spins than I lose at the table....being retired....and an internet junkie has it's perks....

   First Poker table....short table....never more than 5 players, and often only 3....and one player that just had to bet pre-flop....but after everyone else folded a couple of times he got the hint....and stopped the practice....except for a house and a blind pot....didn't catch a hand....12 hands played....but as/usual....got the 16+ mission popup....It really doesn't matter to me....well actually it does....it irritates me....but in a small way.....I wonder how many hands I've actually played as opposed to what the hand counter says I've played....with the short table....I practically lived in the blinds.....380$ taken from the table and another 400$ from 2/5 at the slots....
   First Blackjack 21....except for the last hand when I hit to a 21....the dealer was eating steak and lobster....except for the 4 hands he busted....and I had bread and water.....a constant diet of 12's to 16's....save the last hand I played....for most of the session it was a table for 2 plus the dealer....ended up 3 then 4 but the damage was done....10 minutes played....20 hands....6 wins....1 other 21....4 dealer busts....down 60$....been one of those days....my mom told me I'd have days like this....but just not this many....

   Second Blackjack 21....pretty much a carbon copy of the first trip....10 minutes played....2 or 3 players at the table....18 hands....5 wins....2 pushes....5 dealer busts....down 50$....During the first trip one of the players was Dalia....there's a entry over on the left sidebar with her style of play....other than she hits on 12+ if the dealer is showing a 10 or Ace....we play pretty much the same....and she beats higher amounts than me....a good solid player....last time I saw her she had a bank of mid 5 figures....today her start bank was right around 1K....?....you can't beat a dealer who's as hot as this one seems to be over the last few weeks....and even if you do occasionally come out ahead....it never is near to the losses you take....?.....

   There's an old adage that "The early bird get's the worm"....but this morning I think I was the worm...."sat down" to my morning breakfast of Poker....and at the table was a meeting of kamikaze & dive bombers are us....after a time the table quieted down....and I couldn't catch a hand....best hand was a pair of Kings....but not with 4 to a straight on the table....13 hands (I thought they had that discrepancy in the counters fixed....apparently not because).....16+ hands mission gained, and claimed, and the 2x clock is running....down 1,900$
   A very bad omen first trip to Blackjack 21....I won the first hand....hot dealer....I hand a bunch of very hit-able hands, 9's, 10's or 11's and missed on all but one....a couple of 19's and 20's all but 1 got beat....anyways....10 minutes played....3 or 4 players at the table....17 hands....4 wins....1 other 21....2 pushes....3 dealer busts....down 50$....definitely not the start to the day I could have hoped for....

   First Poker table....not a bad table....there was a brief visit from a kamikaze....some pot pushing....and some all-ins after the river....but basically a pretty normal table....2 blind pots & a small pot....basically a table I normally would have stuck around after I made my 16+ mission....because that's the main reason behind my early morning trip....but this morning....just wasn't in the "mood"....ergo....16 hands played....up 1,750$
   First Blackjack 21 table...."sat down" and first hand table of 4....next hand....just me and the dealer....over the next few hands it built up to 4 then 3 then me and the dealer for 2 hands...then it bounced around from 2 to 4 for a few and then....you guessed it me and the dealer....and then it was 3 and I left....15 minutes played....22 hands....in that number of hands number of players at table changed 16 times....and I thought I had seen "fluid" tables before.....but this one takes the "cake"....9 wins....4 blackjacks (2 in a row)....1 other 21....2 pushes....5 dealer busts.....up 10$....both myself and the dealer actually had a pretty decent run of cards....dealer won 10 hands to my 9 but the 4 blackjacks tilted the result slightly in my favor....

   First Trip Poker: 17 hands....short table....Up 1,680$....because it was a shot table, and a great table....except at the very end....when a pot pusher arrived....now the hand counter says I played 17 hands, and lately it's been right on, but not today....must have played at least 20 plus....won 3 blind pots....a small pot....1 decent pot....enough to not only complete the 16+ mission but the 10K+ mission as well....two many blinds....and some nice pocket cards so called some raises....but if the pot pusher had arrived I might still be playing....

   Second trip Poker....that's right Poker....had 5 spins burning a hole in my pocket...."sat" down at the table and there "sat" a triple threat....a pot pushing, all-in-ing, would be table captain....so I took my 5 spins....0/5....was about to leave....when the rest of the table refused to call....after maybe 3 times he got the hit and left....so I stayed....won a couple of blind pots, a decent pot, and a very nice pot....lost a nice pot to a better 2 pair....and was up so played a little looser than usual....kind of lost track of the time....had played for awhile and a kamikaze appeared....first 2 hands nobody call....3  hand....new player....dive bomber....and it must be contagious....because most of the rest of the table followed suit....dang....and I was gone.....34 minutes played....up 3,080$....39 hands played....although it varied.....usually 6 or 7 at the table....

   I "sat" down to my morning "meal" of Poker....and there was a "food fight" at the table....a grand old game of "my pair is bigger than your pair"....a brief lull and a blind pot....and then for dessert a little kamikaze with a side of dive bomber....oy vey....16 hands played....left 1,720$ at the table (with all the comings and goings got stuck in the blinds more than usual)....1/3 & 200$ at the slots....

   As much as I gripe about Blackjack 21....and the fact that I have resigned myself to never figuring it out....that's not an excuse to stop playing it....and although I might vary the time I spend on it....I can sync the drop times with Poker which I have never considered not playing....so why not keep playing....being retired....and live alone....I can take advantage of the drops and roulette spins....because with both Poker and Blackjack to a lesser extend, there is a game within the game....there's the tables and in Poker there are the missions....and I play that part of the game very well....
   I think I mentioned this before but as an explanation.....in less than a month I will be 71 years old....and I have the "shakes"....technically essential tremor my case it not that severe but it tends to bother me at the most inconvenient times....mine is hereditary, there were a lot of shaky branches on my mom's side of the family tree....and typing can be an issue....I want one "o" and get 3....so this is highly edited....besides I never learned how to type....but I use the chicken method of typing....hut and peck....see you at the tables....

   Early start to the Poker tables....when I added the Yiddish glossary I put a word in it that I haven't had to use yet....until now....one of the players at the table was a meshugener....most players are pretty predictable....they are a kamikaze or their not....a pot pusher or not....a would be table captain or not....this player was all of the above and you never knew what came next....he was up on chips....low on chips....and gone....several times....dang auto-re-buy....after he finally was gone....table settled in....a little pot pushing but nothing major....he went all-in on most hands....but rarely pre-flop....but after the flop....or the turn and if he was still in the pot....usually after the river....any time after the flop he might go all in....I sent him packing once with trips....but he came back for more
   Despite this made a few nice hands....didn't catch a whole lot of good cards but enough to make the 10K+ mission....and in 40 minutes played....longest session in quite awhile obviously the 16+ mission as well
   One hand I was dealt my old friend Anna Kournikova (Ace/King)....was in the big blind and checked....small blind big raise after the flop....new to  the table....check players stats....54 hands played....ah an Ace in the hole....I folded....player ended up all-in....but another player flushed that pair....40 minutes played....38 hands played....up 5,930$....no slot spins....

   With a couple of decent Roulette spins today have reached the 250'K+ goal that I set for myself....but despite a whole lot of ruminating on what to do haven't come to any decision on whether to continue play....therefore my new plan is to just pickup the drops and a roulette tomorrow....and then the next day....maybe try a few different tactics, and possibly varying my bets....and/or increase my base bet....depends on what kind of table I hit....first 5 hands hot dealer and I'll probably beat feet....and try again later....don't have a target of when I'll decide what to do....but will know when I reach it....Once I decide one where or another....I think I'll either be done with Blackjack 21 or at least put it on a "back burner"....and spend more time on the Poker tables....maybe move up from time to time to a higher blind table....

   Did I ever mention I hate short tables at Poker....well I do....even on a good table....there a pain....blinds come too fast....but usually there are spots where I can get good pocket cards and maybe hit a flop....but morning table was for the most part 3 to 5 players, and a nest of kamikaze....and also one bout of "my pair is bigger than your pair"....and normally I just look on it as the price I have to pay to complete the 16+ mission....but not today....had pocket pairs 3 times....and suited connectors a couple of times....but never got to play them because the chaos that happened every hand....and because of the arrivals and departures that are common with an infestation of kamikaze and dive bombers....was stuck in the blinds far to many times....even at a 200/100 blind table....16 hands played....2,100$ left at the table....

   I have been honest from the start that blackjack just isn't my game....but I'm a stubborn old cuss and it's hard for me to admit that I can't figure out a way to "beat the house".....but some observations....most casino blackjack games are based on four to eight decks that are shuffled together and then hands are dealt from the top....it's why counting cards will work to a greater or less chance of the player winning more hands....but the time frame of the game....makes the attempt to count difficult at best....and besides I convinced that each  hand starts with one "virtual deck" and the cards are picked by some form of a random generator....and that each hand starts with a fresh deck....the very design of the game is to give the house the edge....but if I'm correct and the hands are totally random there is no way to predict the next hand, or the next card for that matter....it's hit and miss....can you score a big win at the table....sure....but it's just as likely that what you'll end up with is a big loss....on the other hand the money ain't real....faux money....so if you like the risk then have at it....I'll probably keep betting my 10$/hand and keep trying to find an edge....probably never will....been then I did say I was stubborn....whether at blackjack or poker....I prefer to play small ball....just the way I am....but probably would play much until I have that 250'K in the bank

   Got a late start this morning....and then about a fifty minute delay....all I saw was the "Knight-a-corn"....but a table that average 5-7 players for the time I was there....the more players at a table....the better I like it....blinds don't come as fast....and I can be more selective of what hands I choose to play....and no pre-flop raises....perfect....well not so perfect....couldn't catch a hand....a new player arrives....15K buy-in....took one look at his avatar....I thought kamikaze....and was right....he was soon joined by his "wing-man"....and a few hands of chaos....and a set of trip Queen that never got to be....a brief lull....pocket cards 6/5 of Hearts....flopped 2 pair....small pot....then another kamikaze....and then....6 players....all with 25K or less in their stack....except for....1 with about 75'K....
he had played with the Kamikaze....he was in the big blind....and raised 22'K pre-flop.....ah a pocket pair....the reveal and no pocket pair....next hand another 22'K pre-flop raise....ah the table captain has emerged....I had the 16+ drop-down a couple of hands before and I was history....with both the 16+ mission and 700$ taken from the table....

   I did say I might get the urge to play Blackjack 21 while hoarding drops and roulette spins to reach 250'K....so against my better judgement (that's assuming I have better judgement....?....)...I got an urge....First hand....blackjack....played 10 minutes....was up a bit....played another 5 minutes....still up a bit....checked at the 20 minute mark....was up....there was a  hand in play.....and I made another blackjack....I read the signs....and left....20 minutes played....fluid table....sometimes 4....but I played 3 hands head to  head....31 hands played....17 wins....3 blackjacks....1 other 21....9 dealer bust....up 55$....

   Have been trying for almost one half hour and have been unable to get on Poker....get to the picture of the offspring of a chess knight and a unicorn and that's as far as I get.....
   As to Blackjack 21....the Madtrollie is....farmisht.... 10 minutes played....3 or 4 to at the table....14 hands played....I played for 6 minutes before I won a hand....a blackjack....the only hand I won....dealer never busted in the time I played....down 105$....(Madtrollie wanders off muttering)

   Still no joy getting on Poker....and then came Blackjack 21....I'm starting to get paranoid....I swear the game is out to get me....10 hands played....short table....19 hands....3 wins....3 dealer busts....down 120$....my standard 10$/hand....lost the first 7 hands....note that I didn't win a hand except on dealer busts....and it's not that I didn't make some 19's and 20's....just out flipped or hit every time....on the other hand it's not paranoia if they real are out to get you....

   What just transpired on a Blackjack 21 table was not the old adage "If you get throw off  the horse, get right back on" nor was it out of frustration, but rather a desire to "Just git-er-done".....ergo....48 minutes played....short table....41 wins....the last one was win "5,000" ....5 blackjacks....5 other 21's....5 pushes....1 split (Aces....1 lost....1 push)....26 dealer busts....up 85$....I'm going to sit back and ruminate on it for a spell....before deciding what comes next....Still no joy getting on Poker....

    Finally at 12:33 UTC-4....I got on a Poker table....and for my sins....a table might appeal to many....but not me, pot pushing, kamikazes, dive bombers, a would be table captain....and few rounds of "my pair is bigger than your pair"....during the only brief lull in the festivities....won a small pot....and got my 16 hands mission....and beat a haste retreat....up 670$....but my dignity (such as it is) intact....

   I'm still ruminating on what to do concerning Blackjack 21....but I'd like to reach 250'K before making an final decision...ergo....since I can synchronize drops between Poker and Blackjack 21....will probably just collect drops and roulette on Blackjack 21 until I reach 250'K....there again I might get the urge to play....

   First Try at both Poker and Blackjack 21....both on log  on got just so far loading and stalled....gave up and came back 10 minutes later and both loaded....
   First trip to Poker....no Kamikaze, just pot pushing, and a game of "my pair is bigger than your pair"....did win a same pot and a blind pot in 2 brief lulls....18 hands played....left 605$ at the poker table....but went 2/5 for 1K at the slots....16+ mission claimed and running....
   First visit to Blackjack 21....12 minutes played....3 or 4 players at the table....17 hands....7 wins....1 blackjack....3 dealer busts....down 15$....

  Plan for the second trip to Blackjack 21....was to play 10 minutes and check if I had played at least 15 hands....if up or close....play on....and check every 5 minutes....if up or close play on....ergo....31 minutes played....short table....55 hands played....28 wins....1 blackjack....2 other 21's....2 pushes....15 dealer busts....up 40$....dealer was not catching....and I had some good hands....should have played on....but....31 minutes is a long enough session....plus I made my 65 hands/day target....only 184 hands to go to reach 5000 hands played....

   The plan since I logged on Blackjack 21 at 12 minutes before the top of the hour was to play for 12 minutes and if even +/- then play a total of 20 minutes giving me an hour played for the day....ergo....20 minutes played....average 3 at the table....32 hands played....14 wins....1 other 21....1 push....10 dealer busts....down 20$....only 152 hands played to hit the 5,000 hands played mark....the one thing I didn't check before leaving the table was to check my total wins stat....which now stands at 1,999....if I'd check that I would have stayed a bit longer....but then I can from time to time be a dummkoph....
