   I took a late drop [22'K] last  night @22:24 for 22'K....had to re-enter my WiFi password to do so...so when I logged on the play Poker this morning @05:15 took the awaiting spin at the wheel and hit for 110'K....knew that 1 had to wait until 05:15 when I'd have to re-enter the password....did so @05:15....and couldn't find a chair....dang....decided to try at a 2K/1K  table and got a spot....w/250'K max-buy-in....a table of eight....and it remained so for the majority of the hands I played....except for the usual comings and goings....an except for when a pot-pusher arrived late....very little in pre-flop raises....and when there were they were minimal....wide range of experience.....one player with 60K+ hands played....and one with under 100 hands played....But big pot poker was being played....I don't think there were more than a couple of blind pots....if that....a typical pot was +/- 100K....and there was a 2.1 million chip pot played [sat that one out]....was down a little but was playing ultra-tight....but saw quite a few flops and hadn't hit anything I'd pursue....big blind....Ace/Nine suited....a raise to 5K and decided to call the other 3'K....flopped 4 to the nut flush and a pair of nine....another 5'K and another call....turn a blank....another 5K....decided to call....rivered the nut flush....no board pair....two of the short stacks went all-in and the blind raccoon had a snack....later was in the small blind with an unsuited Five/Three....saw the flop for a call of the blinds....danged if the flop didn't have a Two and a Four....and the wheel turned....Ace....river a blank...and another snack for the blind raccoon....got to the button....the hour was up....but decided to play one more hand....pocket suited Ace/Ten changed my mind....but the pot pusher going all-in....changed my mind again and I left on the next hand....with just the two wins....ergo....63 minutes played....48 hands played....78.75 seconds per hand....2 wins....1 out of every 24 hands....but....left with an extra 144,900$ I hadn't brung with me....[no  slots]....but didn't play my 100+ hand target....might play again later....

    Logged on to play some Poker @05:05....watched an ad. and collect 44'K "house money" as it turned out I won't be near enough
    @05:06 found a "chair" at a 1K/.5K table w/my /usual 125'K max-but-in....during the course of the session....all the usual suspects made an appearance.....pot pushers, kamikaze, dive bombers, an-two-carders, tournament style players....several "coffee break" players....and even a "topper"....and the play was insane....number of players varied almost every other hand....from a couple of hands "heads up" to a table of seven....several games of "My pair's bigger than Yours'" and a couple of battles between two players over who would be the table captain....sheer mayhem....In the mist of this insanity....actually had my 10K+ mission before the 16 hands banner appeared....If I had had any sense at all I would have left right then and there....but I didn't....A combination of wild pre-flop raises and not catching much of anything in the pocket cards....and I think I only won 1 pot after the 16 hands mission was accomplished.....and a small one at that....so finally the hour is approaching and finally I'm looking at a pocket pair....Jacks....paid the 5K raise to see the flop....and flopped the trips....in the small blind and called....by the time it got to me...the rest of the table was all-in save for the big stack....and to cover I had to put almost all of my remain chips in  the  pot....now if it had been my rent money....but it  wasn't I called....after the turn the big stack [a topper]....bet enough to put me all-in....only 2 to a straight on the board....river made it three to a straight and the topper made a straight....oy vey....been a while since I busted out....I don't use auto rebuy...took a minute and decided to buy back in to complete the hour....played a few more hands and left....ergo....60 minutes played....85 hands played....42.4 seconds/hand....5 wins....1 out of every 17 hands played....left 141,500 on the table....[no slots]....the only good thing about the day is that all of the four drops I've taken have been for 44'K so I'm back in the "black" and have a roulette spin around 13:30....and my go back out again.....

   Logged on to play some Poker this morning @05:25.....an awaiting drop [no ad.] for 22'K....and off to play some Poker....found a 1K/.5K table @05:26 with my /usual 125K max-buy-in....A table of four....one of the players had a stack of about 1.5'M chips....and was not afraid to splash the pot at any time during the play of a hand....and the few times I did get a chance to play a hand....I either didn't hit the flop...or I'd have decent pocket cards but the price to play was just to dang high....after he left the board was taken over by a couple major league pot pushers....one never seemed to lose....I finally tumbled to the fact that he was using the "auto-top-off" function....in the 40K+ hands and many hours I played I don't think I've seen anyone use that more than a hand full of times....just before the end of the hour....I finally got enough hands in edgewise to get my 10K+ mission in hand....and despite I was down a bunch....decided to play to 100+ hands played....At that point the board changed again....almost no pre-flop raises, and only small continuation bets....and decided to play on....started a modest come-back....and then lost the only hand I was in....not a big pot but a decent one....pocket Kings....flop gave me trips....and turn put 3 to a straight on the board....river was a blank....called a 15'K post river raise....thought it was a 50/50 call....guy had the straight....oy vey....Just one of those days....two many blinds....too times willing to pay to see the flop....if I did manage to make a hand there were no chips on the table....and the one time there was....bot beat by a better hand....ergo....125 minutes played....170 hands played....44.1 seconds/hand....24 winners....1 out of every hand played....left 87,438$ on the table....[no slots]....however....since I quit play....another 22'K drop & just before I sat down to write this entry....a roulette spin for 330'K....I may not always have much success at the tables....but being retired I can take full advantage of the game within the game....and as for the tables....there's always the next session....

   Logged on to play some Poker @05:23....had an awaiting roulette spin and hit the wheel for 154'K "house money".....had an interruption and didn't find a "chair" a "chair" at a 1K/.5K table until 05:27....put my 125K max-buy-in on the felt....and sat down to play....and got off to a very slow start....a couple of big stacks....and a table of 4.....and most hands there was a pre-flop raise....I played 16 hands....the banner appeared and I had my 16 hands mission....but the battle of the big stacks ended and I had all won enough small/blind pots....and had the 10K+ mission.....and the table filled up to any average the rest of the session to 4 or 5 most of the hands....including at one time or another several players who I've played with before....some several times....most of "The Ladies" made an appearance....[thankfully no gifted high heels today]....and a guy I've played before and at least was relatively confidant that I had a good "read" on him....he was an "Ace" raiser....in the big Blind....Pocket King/Eight suited....a min-raise and both that guy and I called....[small blind folded]....flop had an Ace/King/Eight....1st to act....I check....that guy a large raise....I put him on a pair of Aces....turn a blank....check....big raise....call....river another blank....my thoughts were....no straight, no flush possible and no board pairs....there were a few pocket cards he might have had that would bet me....but I was confidant that all he had was a pair of Aces....check....large bet....call....and the blind raccoon was feasting....netted about 100K+.....made a few more hands....but no big winners....and hit an incredible cold streak....but was still up chip was so decided to extend the session....kind of lost track of the clock....checked the time an realized I was approaching two hours played....I last time through the blinds to the button....and I was gone....ergo....121 minutes played....175 hands played....42.5 seconds/hand....22 winners....1 out of every 8 hands....left the table with 57,82$ I hadn't brought with me....[no slots]....

   Logged on to play some Poker this morning at a more typical time then yesterday [05:18]....watched an ad....as I always do if it' offered....and picked up 44'K house money in the awaiting drop....Found an open 1K/.5K table @05:19....1K/.5K blind table w/my /usual 125'K max-buy-in....number of players varied from a few hands "heads up" to as many as six....and thee numbers varied wildly rarely did the number stay the same for more than a few hands....so pace of play was erratic....more "coffee break" players than /usual....and the style of play varied almost as often as the number of players....at times you could see the flop for a call or a check of the big blinds....and the next hand "an-any-two-carder" had arrived with a pre-flop min-raise, and usual post flop, turn, and river....and there were several times when a player who hadn't been raising pre-flop....would make a big raise on an all-in pre-flop....a check of their hand at the reveal....sure enough pocket Ace or any two pair...I would even do it with suited connectors....and far more often than not the raiser would lose the hand....My problem today was not that I didn't make any decent hands....had 2 straights [one was a wheel]...2 flushes [one was a nut flush]....and quad 3's....but all 5 times there was no money on the table....but if I had to pay more than the blinds to see the flop and a decent pocket cards....I'd miss the flop or turn or river....caught some nice hands but never at the right time....never took a big loss but never a big win either....just too many blinds and too many missed flops....checked at the hour mark....just a few hands to make 100+ hands played.....and still had some of the "house money" left....ergo....85 minutes played....107 hands played....47.7 seconds per hand....16 wins....1 out of every 6.5 hands....left 39,550 on the table....[no slots]....

   Got a later than /usual start today....was posting to "Troll54 Where Are You?" and had to re-enter my WiFi password....so needed to wait until the 8 hours ran out so that having  to re-enter the password didn't interrupt my Poker session....05:57....logged on to Poker and took the awaiting drop for 22'K [no ad.].....and off to a 1K/.5K blind table @05:58....throughout the session numbers at the table varied from "heads up" to as many as briefly a 6 handed game.....At first....a very decent table....little or no pre-flop nonsense....and although not really catching was able to stay just one side or the other of my buy in....the usual 125K max-buy-in....but after just a few minutes a min-buy-in [25K] appeared....almost every hand he'd raise the blinds with a minimum raise....and usually bet a minimum continuation bet after the flop....turn....and river....dang I hate any-two-cards....unless I'm catching....and then they're a slow play/trappers dream come true....and at any time this dude would go all-in....but by avoiding him and folding when I had decent pocket cards....and was able to again stay close to my buy-in....and than we got a mega-pot-pusher....and the two of them together was a disaster....with all-ins at sometime during the play of the hand common place....not an issue if I was catching....but I wasn't....so eventually they both left....and not because they wanted to necessarily....they both where "show the door" by a better hand....and were replace by another min-buy-in any-two-carder....at this point I'm down about 15K....button to my immediate left....the a-t-c is in the small blind....I called the blind and the the expected raise....oops....pocket Threes....flop and I had trips....a.t.c raises 2.5K....4 calls including mine....turn card you got the 4th Three....again 2.5 raise....3 calls including mine....river....don't know if it helped anybody.....again 2.5 raise....2 calls....and I re-raised to 5K....a.t.c called....the other 2 folded....and the blind raccoon had a small snack....checked the clock at the hour mark....only won one more hand after the quads....needed just a few more hands to hit 100 hands played....was on the button....with a hand I'd normally call....100 hands played....I was marginally ahead....and I took my  leave....ergo....67 minutes played....101 hands played....39.8 seconds/hand....11 winners....1 out of every 5.32 hands played....left with 6,925$ I hadn't brung with me....[no slots]

   Logged on to play some Poker @05:09....watch an ad. and collected 42'K house money....@05:10 took my place at a 11k/.5K table w/my usual 125K max-buy-in....table size ranged from 3 to 5 players....a wild table....dominated by two big stack pot pushers....and I decided to stay out of their way...unless I caught the right hand....did manage to win 3 small/blind pots in lulls....and the 10K+ mission....caught 3 other nice hands....and got beat all three times....and found myself down almost 100K....well the 50 minute mark of the session was approaching....and finally decided what I should have done soon....which is lick my wounds and leave....and did just that but when I did the stats realized that I had only "played" 65 hands....started to check e-mails and checked in to "The Farthest Side" admin/mod messenger group....and with a what the hey....went back to Poker and logged back in to a 1K/.5K table....another 125K max-buy-in....I wanted those 35 hands....and with the intent of playing ultra-tight....a different group of players....but except me all pot pushers or any two carders....oy vey....here I go again....I'd only played 5 or 6 hands....Jack/Ten suited....got in for a rare call of the big bling....flop had a King/Queen....min raise....1 called....turn was a blank....another min raise...now if it had been a large raise I would have folded but I called....Nine on the river....big raise...made the call and the blind raccoon had a snack....couple of hand later....Queen/Ten suited....flop....Queen[2x] & a Ten....pot-pusher started splashing the pot and I kept calling....and the blind raccoon had a nice meal....after that just played out the string until I got the 35 hands I came for....ergo....[rather then post stats separately....combined from both tables]....70 minutes played....100 hands played....42 seconds/hand....5 winners....1 out of every 20 hands....net for the 2 tables +18,900$....[no slots]....when I won the pot with the "full boat" a popup informed me that I went up a level to 25....no big deal....that ranking is weighted in favor of the aggressive player....which I ain't....but that fact that it came with a 1K bump to drops from 21 to 22....that I'll take....

   The fog between my ears was very thick this AM....was up earlier....but didn't log on to play some  Poker until 05:52....took the ad-less drop for 21'K.....was interrupted and never looked for a table [1K/.5K table with my /usual 125K max-buy-in until 05:58]
   At first a table of 4....and very little in pre-flop raises....but that was brief....a very persistent kamikaze came....and I discovered the other players were all dive-bombers....after way to long my my POV....three of us remained....me with around 120K +/- and the other two with 900K +/- between them....but relative calm was restored....and I was able to win enough small/blind pots to get my 10K+ mission....for the rest of the session the table varied between 3 handed game to as many as 6 at the table....after a brief respite....two players arrived....not true kamikazes but....if they had a pocket pair....any pocket pair or a singleton Ace....or the one if he had suited connectors....they went all-in....I had already been in tight mode....but if one of the two acted after me....I'd fold a hand I might otherwise and played....and 3 out of 4 times it was the right call....I'm looking at the clock and the hour is fast approaching....but I hadn't played my 100 hands yet....so decided to stay and play....about this point one of the original two players who were at the table was still there....had a stack in excess of 400K decided to change gears as it were and change from dive-bomber to a pot pushing "Table Captain"....I did catch a couple of hands....but either there was no money to speak of on the table....did lose a hand to the river when the board paired....and another had an over pair to my two pair....but actually played some of my best Poker....and was able to minimize the losses....played my 100th hand....and made a hasty retreat....ergo....73 minutes played....100 hands played....43.8 seconds/hand....11 wins....1 every 9+ hands....left 21,675$ on the table.....[no slots]

   @05:12 logged in to play some Poker as/usual....took the awaiting roulette spin and hit 2nd from the top of the wheel for 315'K "house money"....and that did play a factor with a couple of decisions I made later....@05:15 found a "chair" at a 1K/.5K table with my /usual 125K max-buy-in....and I think that room was right next to the furnace that creates the fire for the abyss....or stated another way your typical weekend table....only a brief appearance of a kamikaze....but that went almost unnoticed because on any given hand 1/2 the table might be all-in at some point in the play....I swear I must have stumbled on a meeting of "Pot-Pushers-are US"....and two major ones stand out....major pains in the tuckus....table range was a couple hands "heads up" to a 7 handed game....but average was a table of 5....To make matters worse....I was catching quite a few good looks in the pocket....but you rarely could see the flop for a check or call of the blinds....anywhere from a min-pre-flop raise to....well....25K and up....and I was at times paying the raise and except for a couple of times missing the flop or winning the rare blind pot....never won my 3rd hand until just be for the hour mark and the 10k+ mission....normal would have left then....but hadn't played 100 hands yet....ah "315'K house money"....played the 100th hand....down around 65'K....decided to play to the button and leave....big blind....pocket Ladies....major pain #1....10K pre-flop....ah "315'K"....call...he kept pushing....I kept calling....and I was down only about 15'K....and the blind raccoon had a meal....small blind folded....button pocket 2's....major pain #2....min-pre-flop raise...called....flopped the trips....a push there and after the turn....called both....no push on the river and the raccoon got a small dessert....and I was in the black....played a few more hands and left....ergo....90 minutes played....113 hands played....47.8 seconds/hand....10 wins....1 every 11.1 hands....took an extra 14,375$ from the table....[no slots]

   Poker: I've often said that it's not how many hands you win....it's about catching the right hand at the right time....out of 113 hands today....I had it happen twice....and left the table with more chips than I brought to the table....as much as I enjoy the Poker....I also enjoy the game within the game....and being retired and living my own schedule I'm able to maximize the drops/roulette spins to my advantage....and I survived a weekend table....I prefer to play a small ball....slow play...trapping  style....and the wild pot splashing that is typical of the weekend is not conducive to that style....so I go into ultra-tight mode....and try to minimize my losses....and with a bit of luck....the blind raccoon will find an occasional dumpster....

   @05:19 logged on to Poker, took the awaiting drop, watched an ad...."42'K house money"....filled out my starting points on my stat sheet and took my place at a 1K/.5K table with my 125K max-buy-in....
   When I started play it was a table of four but the numbers during my session varied from "heads up" to as many as 6 or 7....hard to get a count because the numbers changed on almost every hand....
a wild table....aka: a typical week end table....several strong raids by kamikaze....a bunch of any-two carders....pot pushers....a few head to head battles over who would  be the "school yard bully" [aka:; table captain].....just total insanity....and one of the fastest paces of play I've seen....and with one exception I just stayed out of harm's way....in ultra-tight mode....did manage to pickup a few small blind pots in brief lulls in  the mayhem.....the lone exception was when I flopped trip Six's with a Jack kicker....had a little over 100K at the time....to  my right and all-in that had me covered....but I truly thought I had the winning hand....and I did....but so did the other player....200K+ pot....but a split pot...and all I netted was 1/2 of the blinds....
  It really didn't matter if I was catching or not....because anytime you  did pay or call/check the blinds to see the flop....there  was an even chance that you'd have to go all-in....at some point....just not my preferred style of play....
  A large potion of the session was dominated by two kamikazes....if the first to act pre-flop didn't go all-in the second would....one would win a pot....then the other....add to that the presence of a couple of diver bombers....oy vey....played my hour....and could have left more on the table than I did....ergo....62 minutes played....112 hands played....a blistering 33.2 seconds/hand....18 winners....1 out of every 6.22 hands....left 43,643$ on the table....[no slots....but at that pace of play no time to play slots anyways]

   Just after that a player I've seen before....way too many times....when he doesn't go all-in pre-flop....he's probably splashing the pot anywhere during the hand and if he's in the hand after the river....he's all-in....lost count on how many times he busted out and popped right back in....and to make matters worse....another play I've seen before....who plays the same way....and the board descended in to one of the lower levels of the abyss....for way to long....and I couldn't catch a hand....finally they both busted out for the last time on the same hand....but remaining on the board

   Logged on to play some Poker @0513....watch an ad. and picked up 42'K house money [2 more drops since then....both@42'K]....a minor interruption....took my "chair" at a 1K/.5K table at 05:15 with my /usual 125K max-buy-in....
   Was an interesting table....the usual weekday table....wildly different styles of play....and changing constantly....but there are a usual cast of characters....players I see quite often....we had a couple of kamikaze....pot-pushers....any-two-cards....and several "coffee-break" players.....play a few hands....go all-in and leave whether they win or lose....
   Numbers at the table varied constantly as well as the style of play....any thing from "heads up" to a 6 handed game....so really not always knowing what might happen next played ultra-tight....except for a brief time it was me and several of the ladies that I seem from time time....I know their style[s]....and play a little looser....still  don't know why I keep getting gifted high heels....also play a little loose if a 3 handed game...and tighter on a full table....
   Never was down except for the first few hands....won a 50/50 call....just a min-pre-flop raise which I called.....flopped 4 to a straight....just checks to the river....I rivered the straight but the card put 4 to a flush on the board....now on a large table probably would have folded....but 3 handed....at that point "heads up"....a raise but a small one....called and won the point....later on....6 handed game....on the button....Ace/Seven suited....called a min-pre-flop-raise....and then the miracle flop....the other three Queens....a continuation bet....call....same after the turn....call and the river....but this time I re-raise 2.5K....to my left and all-in for 23'K....rest of the table folds....I called...and the blind raccoon knocked over a large garbage can....decided to play at least 100+ hands....only won  one other small pot....ergo...75 minutes played....112 hands....40.2 seconds/hand....
19 winners....1 every 5.9 hands....left with an extra 9,800$....[no slots]....

   A more typical starting time this morning....logged on to Poker @05:23....picked up the awaiting drop for 21'K [no ad]....filled out my pre-session data sheet....[yes I am a stats-nerd]....took a chair at a 1K/.5K blind table w/ the /usual 125'K max buy-in @05:24....
   although there were a few  hands each "heads up" & a three handed game....most hands were with 4 to 6 players....hard to pin it down....an  almost constant changing of both number of players....and who was at the table....saw a several what  I call "coffee-break" players....play a few hands....go all-in and are gone win or lose....
   A little too much pre-flop nonsense for my liking but for the most part....most of the raises were min-raises....always either a pot-pusher....an any-to-carder....was at the table or both or several....just not my preferred style of play....so shifted to ultra-tight mode....but for the majority of the session was getting a bunch of good looks in the hole cards....just wasn't hitting the flops....and the turn/river were no help either....the 16 hands played banner and I had won two blind pots....was down about 15K....and hit a min-hot streak over the next few hands made 2 full boats....trips....and....King/Nine in Clubs....flop and 4 to the flush....turned the flush on the river....and the Club Ace came on the river....and the blind raccoon kicked over a garbage can....that was just past half-way into the session....and I was up about 40K....and that was the last hand I won....still was getting good looks at hole cards....just could't make a hand....lost two small/decent pots....a high pair, and trips...both to higher kickers....the hour was approaching....thought about playing 100 hands....but with the pace of play....that would have been another 30 minutes +/- and decided to take my leave....ergo....60 minutes played....67 hands played....53.73 seconds/hands....6 wins....1 out of every 11+ hands....but left with an extra 4,229$....[no slots]....[and yes I did remember to claim the 16 hands mission]

   Got a late start for me this morning....never logged on to play some Poker until 06:09.....had a roulette spin awaiting me....no chip....and hit second best for "350'K house money"....found a "chair" at a 1K/.5K blind table with my /usual 125K max-buy-in....and thought I fell into a maelstrom....the numbers and playing styles were in constant flux....at anytime the play could be "heads up" or a six handed game....except for a brief lull....it was one endless succession of pot-pushers and any two carders....there was a brief lull when I found myself at table of four....myself and 3 ladies I have played with before many times....throwing gifts my way....still can't figure out why I got a pair of high heels....they left and two know pot-pushers arrived....one of whom I played with many times before....dude according to his stats raises 35% of the time....I was catching some nice looks in the pocket....but to see the flop you had to call a pre-flop raise....besides that I got rivered for a decent pot....and at one point was down about 65'K....on the button....Queen/Seven suited....paid to see the flop....and there was a Queen/Seven in the flop....hello....another raise....really a continuation bet....turn the 3rd Queen....another continuation bet....turn a blank....and the other pot-pusher put me all-in for my last 50K+.....and the blind raccoon was belching....so at least he got fed....did make a few more decent hands....probably should have left sooner....but A; I had 350'K "house money" B; at day's start I was 505 hands played short of 40'K total hands played....and wanted to play at least a 100 hands today....I'm not really goal oriented....but I like even numbers....ergo....75 minutes played....115 hands played....16 winners....1 every 7.2 hands played....left 33,758$ on the table....[no slots]

   Logged on @05:21 to play some Poker....picked up a drop w/ad for "42'K house money" got distracted and didn't go looking for a "chair" at a 1K/.5K table until 05:25....found a "seat" and put my 125K max-buy-in on the "felt".....during the session the number of players ranged from a couple hands "heads up" up to and including briefly a six handed game....for the greater majority of the hands you could see the flop for a call of the blinds or a min-raise....there were brief appearances of kamikaze, and all-ins or large pre-flop bets when a player had pocket pairs or a singleton Ace....
   For the greater part of the session we had a player that was easy to read....if he had decent hole cards....min-pre-flop raise....if he hit the flop....continuation bet....and at the river a big bet if he had a hand....I was in ultra-tight mode but blinds and the occasional call if I had decent pocket cards hand taken it's toll and I was down about 15K.....on the button....the above mentioned player in the small blind....a min-raise from another player....I had Queen/Ten unsuited....I called so did the small blind....an Eight and Nine in the flop....and a card I don't remember....small blind min raise....I put him on a pair....I called....turn was a blank....again min raise....again a call....river a Jack....small blind bet 53'K....okay....at best two pair or trips....at the worst....from my POV....a split pot...call and the blind raccoon found a small  dumpster....he had a Jack and made two pair....wasn't really catching except in spurts the rest of the session....the hour came and decided to stay and play at least 100 hands....did so....was going to leave....but an Ace/Nine suited got my attention....rivered the nut flush and a decent pot....ergo....79 minutes played....109 hands played....43.5 seconds/hand....25 winners....1 every 4.4 hands....left with an extra 25,895$....{no slots].....

   A very typically wild and crazy weekend table....a couple of hands heads up....and a couple of six handed games and everything in between....if there were any true kamikazes appearing you won't have know it because the pot was being splashed with chips most hands
   First couple of hands at the table of 4 was a big stack "table captain" big pre-flop raise almost every hand....finally table of three....he'd raise pre-flop....we'd fold....he finally left....only to be replaced by another would be table captain.....finally after several new plays came, played were busted out....the player who had helped me chase the first one....caught a monster hand and busted the 2nd one out....finally maybe some calm play....but the other guy morphed in to table captain #3....oy vey....and then there arrived a very tournament experienced player....and then the "fun[?]" really began....

   05:17....off to play some Poker....so what's new....part of my daily routine....roll out of bed and onto a Poker table....watched an ad...."42'K house money}....a brief distraction....found a "chair" at a 1K/.5K table with my /usual 125K max-buy-in @05:19....
   A four handed game....during the session table varied from a few hands of "heads up" up to and including a couple of seven handed games....but constantly changing both in number of players and style of play....quite a few what I call "coffee break" players....play a few hands....maybe win a nice pot and are gone....and also the usual group of preps...any-two-carders....pot pushers....several rounds of "My pairs better than Your's".....a few battles to see who was the true table captain....but for a change no true kamikaze until the every end of the session....just a couple of "I've got a pocket Ace....all-inners"
   Was getting several nice looks in the hole....and did connect with a few flops early but nothing more than small/blind pots....then a "war" started between two players....was getting good enough looks to pay to see the flop....but just not getting the card[s] I needed....the hour was approaching and the wear & tear of the blinds and missed flops....I was down a little over 10K....on the button....the hour had come....and I had decided to  leave....when I got a visit from "Anne"....the old Ace/King suited....got involved in the aforementioned "war"....when I flopped trip Kings....busted one of them out....the other left a couple of hands later....so stuck around....a little up and down after that but did flop a Ace high straight....and sent two "any to carders" home....the kamikaze arrived and I made my escape....121 minutes played.....166 hands played....43.73 seconds/hand....35 winners....just a tad over 1 out of every 5 hands.....up 86,869$....and a happy blind raccoon....[no slots]....when claiming my 16 hands played & 10K+ missions....noted that I was a little short of the medal mission....my play again today....

[Poker: 2nd table]
   Decided not only to try to gain enough cash [gross] to complete the Medal mission...and was only 34 hands short of 200 for the day....didn't take any big pots....but enough....did leave 6,675$ on the table....a 3/4 table....47.4 seconds/hand....and got caught in the blinds too many times....but picked up 5K for the mission...and played 38 hands...so 204 hands played today....mission[s] accomplished..

    Logged on to play some Poker @05:33....collected the 21'K "house money" [no ad.] awaiting me.....filled out my session sheet and found a"chair" at a 1K/.5K blind table @05:34....with the /usual 125K max-buy-in.....
   4 handed game when I "sat down" but during the time I played varied from a couple of hands "heads up" up to and including a table of six players.....based on seconds/hand and observation....average was 4 to 5 players for the majority of the hands....
   Most of the time you could see the flop for a call of the blinds or a min-pre-flop raise....although there were a few times when we had players who'd go all-in or a large pre-flop raise....they had either a pocket pair....any pocket pair or a pocket ace....with few exception the rest of the table folded and all they got were the blinds....or they got beat....only rarely did they win the pot....
   Mix of experience....no rooks but a couple with under 1K hands played....and one with 100K+ hands played....any-two-carders, pot pushers, kamikazes, dive bombers, several games of "My pairs bigger than Yours'" and some extend "fist fights" over who was the "table captain"
   In other words....not the best table for my style....early was getting on average good looks in the hole....but either missed the flop....or several times had 4 to a straight paid to see the turn and missed....on one occasion....if i had gone to the river....would have made the straight....and lost to a rivered flush....was down early....just over 25'K....flopped a house and a nice pot....over the next few hands finally made a straight....a couple times trips....and flopped another house....had already played past the hour and was considering extending.....when 2 new players arrived....if one didn't go all-in pre-flop....then the other would post flop....you either joined in or.....I left....ergo....80 minutes played....96 hands played....50 seconds/hand....19 winners....1 every 5+ hands....escaped with an extra 1,125$....{no slots]....[hit the first of two roulette spins for the day for 1,680'K [w/chip]....

    @05:39 logged on to Poker....took the awaiting roulette spin [no chip] and hit the  "top of the mark" for 840'K in "house money" filled in my session work sheet and got right on a table [1K/.5K blinds w/ the /usual 125K max-buy-in]....a four handed game....a bit of a shock to the senses....yesterday played 2+ hours and played 90 hands....today played an hour and played 85 hands....although there were a couple of hands "heads up" and briefly a table of six....but the most part it was a 3  or 4 handed game....I'll loosen up a bit and play more hands at a "short" table....
   At first it was a very good table for my style....almost no pre-flop nonsense....and if there was....the rest of the table folded....but after about 20 minutes the new arrivals brought with them an "any-two-carder".....and a couple of pot pushers....all save one of my winners were of the small/blind pot variety....in fact 5 of the pots I won[?] were split pots....and during the time I played there 4 or 5 more split pots that I wasn't involved in....
   The only decent size pot I won during the session was when I slow-played/trapped one one of the pot pushers....he chose a slightly more than min-pre-flop raise....and I had pocket Aces....he kept pushing....and I kept calling....he check, I raised, he folded....but no a really big pot....just decent....unfortunately the blind raccoon never found a dumpster....
   Really didn't catch a whole bunch of big hands but played my usual conservative tight style....much as I prefer the larger table....if I'm catching....which I wasn't the last few sessions....I hate the lack of accessibility that we've experienced the last few days....but there again....it is what it is....was in a cold streak....just wasn't catching....a kamikaze appeared....and I disappeared...ergo....60 minutes played....85 hands played....48 seconds/hand....15 outright wins + 5 split pots....1 every 4.25 hands....left with an extra 8,012$.....[no slots]....

Preface: The story of my adventures at Poker today  can be summed up by Murphy's "If it can go wrong it will".....and today Murphy was definitely an optimist....
   @05:19....logged on to play some Poker....watched an ad....collect 42'K house money....tried numerous time to find a table in need of a player....tried....200/100, 1K/.5K & 2K/1K...and @05:22 found a "chair" a a 200/100 blind table w/my usual max-buy-in....in this case 25'K.....a wild table....but pretty typical of a 200/100 blind table....but a couple of big stacks....250'K+.....and on the few times I actually caught decent hole cards....either the price to see the flop was ridiculously high....or I got in for a min-raise or call and missed the flop....on the button with pocket Threes....just a min raise  and called....flopped trip Threes....and then....I'm last to act....and the game freezes....and I get a "reconnect" message....by the time I got back on....brief....but the play had passed me and I had been auto-folded....never caught another hand....and retired....but got the 16 hands played mission and started the clock....decided to try to play again....time now 06:02....after my tries and several games of solitaire....@08:07....found a chair at a 1K/.5K table....125K max-buy-in....the only difference between the first wild table of 8 and this wild table of 8 were [1] the blinds were higher [2] I actually caught a couple of hands.....results....1 split post....and 3 times beat by a rivered card....oy vey....
   I've lost more at the tables many times....but can't remember the last time I had such a bad run of cards.....the dis/re-connect....my cone told me my WiFi was fine....but I live close enough to  the NYC-metro area that I'm almost always under the yellow/orange cloud for FB....[link]....and since I get to the game through FB.....that's probably want happened....decided to just list the totals for both tables....ergo....124 minutes played....90 hands played....82.7 seconds/hand....1 win [a split pot]....left a combined 101,688 on  the tables....no slots....
