Pokerist: PM:session..what a disaster..I could catch and the odd times I did catch..more often than hot got beat..usually by the river or runner/runner..2$/1$ blinds..mixed buy-ins but mostly 20$..except for brief interludes the we were under an almost continuous raid of kamikaze.."normal play clock"..nine chairs..the only good things to come out of after 183 minutes played was I lost a full house to a rivered higher full house..add one to the "Epic Fail" tally..start hand Seven/Two suited..and flopped the Full-Boat..Sevens full of Twos..other than that..oy vey..dropped 518$..AM:session..a very different story.. 2$/1$ blinds..40$ buy-in save for one 20$ for a very brief visit by an all-inner.."fast play clock"..five chairs..except for briefly it was a three handed game..a few hands "heads up" and briefly a 4 or five handed game..and except for the visit from the all-inner..(aka:pot-pusher)..it was a friendly game with only rare appearances of aggression..the perfect place for the Old Trollie to play his preferred "small ball..slow play..trapping" style..had the most fun I've had at the tables in days..anyways..I was catching ..one of the advantages to was except for the occasional visitor..it was just the Trollie and the same two other dudes for the whole session..only missed one "read" and that was on a 50//50 call..was going to leave on the "button" after an hours' play..but even I can't walk away from an Ace/King suited..so played once more around to the "button".."waved bye-bye" to the table and left..ergo..<:{stats}:>..252 minutes played..265 hands played.."Pace of Play" across the two tables was 57.1 seconds/hand..56 winners..(here I'm going to split the tables)..PM:session..27 pots won out of 183 hands played..1 for every 6.54 hands played..&..AM:session..29 pots won out of 82 hands played..1 out of every 2.83 hands played..I was catching for a change.."Current Bank" now stands@3,234.3'KS.."UP:"+18.641$("Daily Bonus:"+3K$ .."Quests(2/3):"+16K$.."Tables(2):"-359&(PM:-518$/AM:+159$)).."Total Hands Played" now stands@ 7,503..15th "Level(n/c)"..../....[[From the Table]: three "Quests" "Win with a pair twice"(check).."Win with a full house"(check) within the first 15 minutes played..the other was bet 130'K$ in non-tournament games ..not going to happen..me thinks it the games subtle hint to move up to a higher blinds table..that's not going to happen either..well not for the moment anyways]..../....

(I tend to post sometimes several times a day.....rather then start a new post.....I just edit the existing post and tack on to it....I generally post for the last time during the day between 20:00 UTC-5 & 21:30 UTC-5)

Glossary of Terms Spades

A game: made up of several hands, collect 500 points and you win....you can also win regardless of you're score if your opponents score -200 points or more

Bags: if you as a team take more tricks then you bid, you get 1 bag for each trick over, collect 10 and you lose 100 points

Bid: before a hand is played, based on the cards you hold, now many tricks you can win

Hand: players play one card each high card in suit takes the hand unless a trump is played and then high trump wins the hand, 13 tricks per hand

Lay of the cards: how the cards are dealt on any given hand

Nil Bid: a bid of nil......your intent to not take a trick in a hand, +100 points if you succeed, -100 points if you take even 1 trick

Over bid hand: there are 13 tricks per hand.....if the bids total 14 or more....one team will go back...maybe both

Set: a team failures to make their bid, their lose 10 points for each bid example team total bid was 7, team took 6 or less tricks....you lose 70 points.....also referred to as "going in the hole" or "going back"

Suits: Spades, Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts

Trick: one round of play in a hand

Trump: in Spades, the spades are always trump, beats everything except a higher trump, can only be played if you don't have the suit lead..must be played if trump is lead.....trump can't be lead until a player trumps in....

Trumping In: playing a trump on a trick when you are out of that suit....but it's the players choice...unless trump is lead...

We/They: as in any partners card game one of the possible names for the 2 teams....I've seen "us" & "them".....and a few others i can't mention here

Glossary of Terms Solitaire

Auto-play: when the next series of moves is obvious, the game may automatically do them.{aka: auto-fill}....

Foundation: where you're trying to more the cards to.....move them all and you win

DECK: from which cards are turned over one at a time

Relaxed: a change in the rules from the standard game to make it play easier..varies from game to game..

Re-Set/Undo: both Just Solitaire and World of Solitaire games have both a re-set and an undo option....re-set takes the game back to the start....undo will remove one move at a time....both can be useful to try other options....

Tableau: where the cards to be moved start the hand
