Poker:[04:37]..logged on to Poker and took an awaiting drop[w/ad.] for 44'K [off to "The Farthest Side" & "Just Solitaire]:[05:33]:..1K/.5K blind table with my /usual 125'K max-buy-in..a table of three to a max of 5..a couple hands "heads up"..[stats]..33 minutes played..[89 minutes of the "drop clock"]..59 hands played..33.6 seconds/hand..13 winners..1 out of every 4.54 hands played..left 15,025$ on the table..picked up 800$ loose change from the slots....
A wild and crazy table..most hands were three or four handed..if there wasn't an "any-two carder" or a pot-pusher or the two kamikazes who attacked..then somebody was splashing the pot with a pocket Ace or pair..or was just on "full tilt"..but there were a few lulls..all of my 13 winners were on small blind pots..did catch for quality hands..but never when there was any significant number of chips in the pot [2 straights, 1 flush, 1 full boat]..the only decent pot I was in I took a set of Kings to the river..3 to a straight on the board..and I had a suspicion that one of the players had the straight..but only had to call min-raises [1K] to stay and play..was pretty sure that I was beat..but..had decided to play to the button and leave..and would have been more ticked off if I had folded and he only had two pair..besides it's hard to lay down 3 Cowboys..he had the straight and the loss at the table was mostly on that hand..now if the rent money was on the table the Cowboys would have ended up in the muck..but it wasn't....
