Poker:[04:58]..a bit of a later start to the day of on-line play..took the awaiting drop(s/ad.) for 22'K with the knowledge that next up was a roulette spin..66'K minimum [has since hit for 198'K]:[kicked around the net until[05:29]..1K/.5K table..125'K max-buy-in..table size varied from a hand or two heads up to briefly a 6 handed game..most hands were 3 or 4 handed..49 minutes played[80 minutes off the "drop clock"]..66 hands played..46.6 seconds per hand..9 winners..1 out of every 7-1/3 hands played..[no slots]..
Except at the very beginning when the was a pot-pushing big stack ersatz table captain who went all-in twice in-row trying to "buy the pot"..and was sent packing..after that the new normal play resumed..some any-two-carding here..a little pot pushing there and the occasional splash when a player had a pocket ace or two pair or paint..throughout I was getting an above average amount of very decent looks in the pocket..but was being treated very badly by the flop/turn/river..did hit a min-hot streak at one point got almost back to even..in the small blind with the intent to exit on the next hand..Nine/Three suited..had decided to fold to any raise..but saw the flop..for a call of the big blind..flopped the two pair..saw some raises..no board pair..no straight or flush draw..so called the raise after the river..yup..another player had flopped and then turned a better two pair..[pause to take another 22'K drop]..maybe if it hadn't been the last hand I had intended to play I might have thought twice on the call after the river..new player to the table..no "read"..??..most of my losses were on that hand..but despite the loss and the fact I wasn't catching wasn't by-enlarge a bad table..just wasn't catching....
