Pokerist: one of my better runs of poker this morning..well..if you forget the first 15 minutes anyways..one table..as/usual of the 2$/1K$ blinds variety..40$ max-buy-in..auto-re-buy engaged.."slow play clock"..table with nine "chairs"..1st 15 minutes..a table in on of the lower reaches of the Abyss..seven to nine players.. a table captain and a couple of pretenders to the throne..almost every hand had an all-in either pre-flop or post-flop..and those that didn't the raises were big enough to put me all-in..which I only did twice..with once a pocket pair & the other a suited Ace/Five..busted both times..was probably down 100$+ and hadn't won a pot..then within a couple of hands the table morphed in to a three to five handed friendly game..sure there was the occasional pre-flop outburst when a player had a pocket Ace/pair or paint..and a little any-two-carding/continuation betting..but all small raises..and I started catching..won or shared 14 pots..mostly small but on decent..made 6 quality hands along the way..twice straights..one set..one full boat..& 2 that deserve note..in the small blind..Three/Two unsuited..but had re-cooped my losses from the first 15 minutes..was up a little and decided to call the 2K bump..2-Twos in the flop..called continuation bets after the flop & turn..both 2$..rivered the four Two..called a 20$ bet and won the pot..got an alert that I had fulfilled an "Achievement" had always wondered what "Collector" was..a pot won with all nine possible hands..a couple of hands later and the best pot of the day..Queen/Nine of Diamonds..flopped the Queen high straight & four to a flush..four to a straight flush..the Eight was a Heart..turned the Eight of Diamonds..and covered to all-ins post-river..one guy had made the flush & the other the straight..and a decent meal for the blind raccoon..the hour was up..played to the button..waved bye-bye to the table & made my exit..ergo..<{stats}>..64 minutes played..57 hands played..67 seconds/hand..14 pots..1 for every 4.1 hands played..6 quality hands..10.5% of hands played..not bad.."Current Bank" now stands@ 820,668$.."Net Gain:" 112,131$("Daily Bonus:" +15K$.."Quests(3/3):" +4.5K$.."Achievements("High Card I:" +.5.."Full House II:" +82'K$.."Collector:" +10K$ & "Table:" +131$).."Total Hands Played" now stands @ 1,377..../....
