Poker:[04:15]:..picked up the waiting drop(w/ad.) for "44K house money"..[the /usual side-trips to run time off the "drop clock"]..:[05:16]:..three tables..all 1K/.5K tables..as always anted the 125K-max-buy-in...number of players ranged from "heads up" to briefly a five handed game..no kamikaze or dive bombers but all the usual suspects were present at one time or another..pocket Ace/any pair bets..any-two-carders..pot-pushers..bluffers/semi-bluffers trying to "buy the pot" post river..one I've played with many times before..a few rounds of "My pairs bigger than Yours' is"..a visits from the oft mentioned "Ladies of Poker"..but if I had been catching atall it might have been a table I could have had some success on..notice I said "if I had been catching atall"..oy vey..maybe the worst run of cards I've seen in many-a-day..oy vey..1st table..got a visit from the "Grim Reaper" mid-way through the third hand I had played..[pause to take a roulette spin on "Blackjack 21"]..second table..with in the first couple of hands won two pots..on a high two pair & a set of Sixes which gave me the 10K+ mission..little did I know that would be the last pot of the day..later got another kick from the Grim Reaper..claimed the 16 hands & 10K+ missions..third table & the "Old Reaper" & I are going to have words..had a pocket Ace..called a min-raise form an any-two-card..and flopped the set..he made a continuation bet and..yup..before I got to call &/or re-raise.."The Reaper" got me again..now I should have known better..but..decided to try the not mentioned before fourth table..I've mentioned before I have the genetic disorder essential tremors..well I "popped" one..went to hit "join table" and got "play now"..yup 20K/10K blind table..& just to put the :cherry" on top of the "crap sundae"..in the big blind..another 20K down the drain..just a lovely day of poker..ergo..:[stats]:..23 minutes played..88 minutes of the "drop clock"..33 hands played..2 pots..1 for every 16.5 hands played..left 48,050$ on the tables..[no slots]....

Blackjack 21: left the disaster of the poker tables and straight [as/is my routine] to play some blackjack..have decided unless I get my "head handed to me" to up my play to 15 hands@20$/..not a great day but have had worse..6 wins/8 loses/1 push..down 40$..first had drew to a 3 card 21..and the dealer had a slight case of "bust-itis"..busted 4 times..oh..and the roulette spin mentioned above..a good one 1.5'K$..[06:41 UTC-4]....
