Pokerist: played for just over an hour..same table throughout..although did bust out a couple of times when good hands got beat by better..lost a flopped straight to a runner-runner flush..and trips to a runner-runner straight..[shrugs]..2$/1$ blinds..40$ buy-in..have pretty well settled on the fact that for me that is where I intend to play most if not all of my play..a nine player table..also my preference..a few hands with three players but most hands with six or seven at the table..just a few brief raids by kamikazes but pocket Ace/any pair/any paint splashes of the pot were common..also a couple of different ersatz table captains appeared..but generally speaking a decent table..but I had an ongoing problem.. when I did get decent hole cards..either couldn't hit the flop..or folded to a raise I wasn't prepared to call..or a couple of times got beat by a better hand..(as mentioned above).. that's not to say I didn't win a few pots..and made a few hands that scored me four different "quests" and with them a bunch of K$..as to the table I really don't pay the ups and downs no mind..but my best guess is another pretty much break-even-day..which is okay with me..started the day ranked 3rd..am presently ranked 5th..a couple of "big winners" [1'M$+]  appeared on the leader board..but if what has happened before in my short stay on this site..they are liable to disappear with the suddenness as the appeared.. I've adopted the "tortoise" approach to the game..slow and steady maybe doesn't always win the race..but it's the style that I find comfortable..ergo..:{stats}:..61 minutes played..61 hands played..basically broke even at the table but with the daily bonus + "quest bonuses" netted an additional +41,385$.."Total Hands" how stands@445 & "Total Bank" now stands@306,140$..4th "Level"..5th "Rank"..../....:[06:57]: as I speculated above..the 1M$ "babies" have vanished as quickly as they appeared..and at least as/of right now..I'm Ranked #1...../....

Pokerist:..In accordance with what I think will become my modus operandi [dang..I wish spellcheck had taken Latin] on this site..I played about an hour at a 2$/1$ table..only available one was a table for five..would prefer a table of nine but it's the weekend..but today except for the odd hand most hands were with 4 or 5 at the table..clock speed was "slow"..again would prefer a quicker speed but the weekend..and up and down day as far as the play on the table goes..again probably just about broke even table-wise but picked up a nice daily bonus(20K) and a couple of "quests" along the way..as far as the actually play on the table..was a weird mix of loose play & just some decent poker..for the first 30 minutes it was just pure mayhem..the only time the first to act didn't go all-in..it was because the first to act was the "old MadTrollie"..but after that died down for the rest of the session there were periods of come interrupted by burst of insanity..made some nice hands in spots..won a couple on the river and got washed away a couple by the river as well..last pot..big blind..pocket "Ladies"..flop was a blank no three Ace but 3 to a nut flush in Hearts(held the Ace of Hearts]..turn..no Ace but another Heart..river..the 5th Heart..sometimes it's better to be lucky than good..a couple hands later the hour was up..ergo..:{stats}:..60 minutes played..85 hands played..42.4 seconds/hand..Net: +85,932$..busted out twice along the way.."Current Bank" now stands@ 264,753$.."Total Hands Played": 85..4th level..ranked: 4th..../....

*[14:19 UTC-5]*[From the Tables]*..Pokerist: I have come to the conclusion through observation that regardless whether you play at a low blinds or a high blinds table you are bound to encounter the "kamikaze"..all-in pre-flop virtually every turn..ergo..if I must deal with that I'll deal with it at the 2$/1$ blind table..were regardless of what I might lose in a given day..it will be more than covered by the "daily bonus"..stay out of the way..pick my shots when I have pocket pairs..suited connectors..or 2 paint..and work on fulfilling as many "quests" as I can..I'll play the game within the game..just like I did on Poker(SHFT)..but when at table I play the game my way...../.....

*[From the Tables]*.."Pokerist"..although it's early days on this game I think I've found a new home..for several reasons I find that it is more compatible to my preferred small ball/slow play'trapping style..I like the fact that all of the extra "house money" is tied to game play..no drop clock..(except for the daily bonus)..ergo..no need to "check-in" every couple of hours to take advantage of the drops..one of the others is that it isn't a "mobile" game..a full screen layout..much easier on these old eyes..and with the exception of the raise meter..dang sliding scale and my essential tremors are counter indicated just like the other game..but since I rarely raise any thing over a min-raise it's not a major problem.. even if Poker SHFT does reappear I'm not saying I would occasionally play there but I think that "Pokerist" has become my preferred spot for free online poker]....[17:15 UTC-5]..../....
