Pokerist:..logged on to play some poker..as/always picked up the awaiting "DB"@7K$ & checked the "DQs"..[1] "Win 2 hands-in-a-row"..[2] "Win w/2-pair or lower 4x"..&[3] "Win w/3-of-a-kind 2x"..2$/1$ blinds table..all buy-ins were @20$..fast play clock..five chairs..the vast majority of the hands were three handed..a couple heads up..and a few four handed..and a couple five handed..and except for a couple of small/blinds friendly pots it was another trip to Kamikazeville..I don't re-call a faster "pace of play"..within the first couple of hands I had won a pot with a set of Kings & won the next hand a pot with a high card..a Jack..& [1] completed...fairly quickly had won three times with 2-pair & a win with a pair &[2] completed ..but the 2nd set..now there was the rub..I had pocket pairs a half dozen times but couldn't hit the set..in fact making any quality hand was a rare occurrence..won a bunch of pots..mostly w/2-pair..even won an-other on a high card..at one point had gained a decent amount of chips..got "targeted" by the high stack ..Nine/Deuce unsuited..decided to fold and re-buy@20$..yup..board pair of Nines..oy vey..finally..pocket Seven/Three unsuited..threw my 20$ in the pot..flopped a Three..rivered a Three..won the pot..[3] com-pleted..played to the "button"..won two pots w/pairs on the way.."waved bye-bye" to the table and ran to the "lobby"..ergo....
