[[From the Tables]..overslept a tad but a more typical start than yesterday..a quick look at my FB groups..a rain day here in the Northcountry of NYS so logged on with the intent to play an extended session of poker..pocketed the awaiting 2.5K$ & headed for a "Duck Pond"..2 seats empty..low average pot.."A" present..sat down..("TS" arrived later & "MIR" late just before I booked it)..over the 2 hr+ play varied from a couple of hands "heads up" to a full table of six..but for one extend stretch it was a 3 or 4 handed game..when I first sat-down apparently a new player had arrived before me..a pot-splashing would-be kamikaze & I regretted my choice of tables..whew..he left after a 1/2 doz hands or so..played settle down to a friendly game..some pre-flop min-raises..some continuation bets & some pot-pushing after the flop..turn or river but in general a decent table for my preferred..small ball..slow play..trapping style..first hour..wasn't catching & the few times I did make a hand I won a small/blinds pot..or got turned &/or rivered when I had chips in the pot..even tried the old "another deck please" text..no joy..was down maybe 90 chips or so..over the next 50 minutes or so..started catching..however except for a couple of 1/2-way decent pots all were again of the small blind..variety & managed to get almost back to even stack-wise..one hand..dummkopf.."TS" in the hand..I flopped a pair of Sixes..Ace in the flop as well.."TS" raised 6$..I have played with him enough to "know" he had a pocket Ace..folded..turn..of course..the 3rd Six..he won a big pot with Aces & Sixes..[shrug]..last 18 minutes..another cold patch..gave back some of what I had managed to re-coop..got to the "button" Ace/Five unsuited..11$ raise..folded & with a "cu" to "TS" left for the lobby with my pockets lighter than when I had arrived....[07:49 UTC-4}..../....
