[[From the Tables]..a tad of a late start & a heavier than/usual work-load on my FB groups..picked up the awaiting 2.5K$ "house money" & dove into a "Duck Pond"..(1st hand played@:[04:53]:..for the majority of the session I was either not catching..no hitting the board or "ducking" aggressive play..mucked some nice hands when my "read" &/or "gut" told me it was a 50/50 call at best..for the majority of the session it was a four to six handed game..most hands you could see the flop for a check/call of the "big" or a modest or a <10$ bump..but than for a greater part of the session we had a player who had the "pocket bet syndrome"..bad..a couple of times at the reveal I wasn't sure why he had gone all-in pre-flop..??..2 other players..there most of the session..highly aggressive but only periodically & always had "a hand" ..got a quick "read" on them..early in the session I made the only two pots I won all night that weren't of the small blind variety..Three/Four suited in the "big"..check..flopped the 2-pair & rivered the Threes full of Fours & a 1/2-way decent pot..a couple of hands later..pocket Deuces & flopped the set & another 1/2-way decent pot..made 3 other quality hands but only small/blind pots..but wasn't really catching a whole lot of decent looks in the pocket & a couple times wasn't willing to pay a big raise &/or go all-in..even with once a pair of pocket Cowboy & I would have gotten beat by a runner-runner flush..I play poker..not "Russian Roulette"..well Wilbur_I will occasionally "spin the cylinder"..but not today...played some of my best poker & although I didn't ended up with a "King's Ransom" I did leave with a couple of chips I hadn't brung with me & a very enjoyable day at the tables..../....
