   Average start time....another 1000/500 blind table....typical 125K buy-in....I'm going to break my usual pattern and hit you with some stats first....52 minutes played....70 hands played....with few exceptions a very short table....3 or 4 players on a majority of the hands....my preference is for a fuller table....but it 'tis what it 'tis....I mention ATCS the other day [any two card syndrome] but I fear  I misdiagnosed it....it's not a syndrome....it's a commutable disease and at this table there almost always seemed to be at least one sufferer from it....chaotic table....I don't think I've seen more hands won on a high card or a rivered pair....but there was usually a pre-flop or post flop bet....but there again with one exception most of the players were under 1000 hands played....and many less the 500 hands played....or have watched way to much WSP on the old boob tube....and just to add to the "fun" the odd kamikaze or two....right off the bat I caught a few decent hands....only to get "kicked" around the table....twice lost high pair to a better kicker....a straight to a better straight...and two pair to a better two pair....finally caught a few nice hands and a very very nice hand....on the button...."reached" into the pocket and found a pair of Fives....a small raise from the big blind [a sufferer from the ATC virus]....so I called....unless somebody goes all-in or a ridiculously high raise....I'll pay to see the flop if I've got suited connectors or a pocket pair....3rd Five flopped....checks all around....turn was a nothing card....checks to me....made a "value" bet....2500$....or pot builder if you will....one call....rivered the 4th 5....check to me....another 2500$ raise....another call and a decent pot....was up some coin but the constant pre-flop raises and blinds wore me down....was basically down to my buy-in....only 3 at the table....both of the other players had the "bug" and I decided it was time to flee....ergo....left 27$ on the table.....but took 400$ from 2/7 on the slots....played pretty well....just no big pots out there....and just not my kind of table....
