As/usual, roll at of bed and log on to a Poker table....again as/usual of late a 1000/500 blind table....and typical of the weekend took awhile to find one....a table of 8....and one players left....the seats were quickly taken by others....turned out to as is usually the "rule" on weekend tables....it was a wild and crazy place....not always a pre-flop bet on every hand but more often than not....every thing from a pot builder raise to an all-in....add to that several strong raids by kamikaze and dive bombers....and the odd hand of "My pairs bigger than yours".....but I was convinced that if I was patient, and played good sound Poker that somewhere in the chaos I'd catch a big hand....had some decent pocket cards....but just couldn't catch the flops....did manage to win a small pot and split a pot....in brief lulls when the other players were "reloading".....and when I finally decided I'd had enough....on the button...King/Nine suited....no pre-flop raises so in for a call....flop....a low card and a pair of Kings....no raises....thought about a pot-builder but decided to check....the turn and another low card....again no raise....and I checked....probably should have made a small raise but didn't....river brought the 4th King....the table was so quiet you could hear the crickets....made a small raise from the button....got one call....and a small pot....so I was right....if you wait long enough you can catch a big hand....but this time when the blind raccoon found the dumpster....it was empty except for a crumpled bag of stale chips....ergo....73 minutes played....60 hands played....left 13,225$ on the table....left with 2400$ on 4/23 on slots....for the most part played good poker....avoided chasing....but just couldn't catch a  break....
