<:{stats}:>2$/1$ blinds<250$ buy-in(2x)>6 chairs(2x)>65 mpld_69 hpld_12 pots_1 w/ qhd_1/5.75 p/hpld_"Bank:" 76,332$_"Up:" +2,692$("FCs:" 2.5K$_"Tables(2):" +192$)_"Quality Hands Made:" 1 straight_"Split-Pots:" 1_"Pace of Play" 56.5..played varied from a 2 to a 5 or 6-handed game..(1st table one chair was "occupied" by a player "sitting-out" who never played a hand..??..)..some "clock burning" on both tables.."All so Appearing".."TS".."MG".."B".."BB" & the "DEVIL"_"Total Hands Played:" 1,931_"Folds:" 69%_5th "Level(n/c)"_[[From the Tables]..I think my internal clock is "on the fritz" yesterday I overslept by over an hour..today awoke a 03:30_oy vey_after competing my /usual morning rituals off to check emails & my 2 FB groups & than off for my morning swim in a "Duck Pond"..pocketed the awaiting 2.5K$..took a while before an empty chair..a new table..a 2 or 3-handed game early..but soon expanded to a 5 handed game..with a pot-pushing..pot splashing player & an any-two-carder..won a couple of small/blinds pots in lulls in the chaos & finally caught a nice pair of Queens in the pocket..decided to play with the pusher..pair of Kings in the flop with an Ace..just a typical post-flop raise from him..ah no King..no Ace..turn changed nothing..again for him a typical raise (only we two in the hand)..river..no change..he put me all-in..well he did have pocket Fives..a very nice pot..a few hands later now 3-handed & the "DEVIL" had arrived..a pot-pushing & all-inner after the turn or river..ain't no-way I'm staying in a 3-handed game with him..I left & so did the other 2..2nd table..just wasn't catching..some any-two-carding & pot-pushing & I just stayed out of the way..did win a couple small/binds pots & did leave a few chips on that table but on the basis of catching the right hand against the right opponent at the 1st table finished ahead for the day..hour hand past..on the "button"..played a friendly hand & made my exit to the lobby....[06:23 UTC-5]..../....

...Nothing special..just another day in the "office" on "Sims&Solitaires"..did get a clear on "Crescent".."Replay Poker:" with the style of play on both tables just went into ultra-tight mode & stayed out of the way of the wild play..if I'm up I will normally chase a little if it's a "heads up" situation..but today more often than not it was a 3 or 4-way melee & those I avoid like the plague..../....

Glossary of Terms Spades

A game: made up of several hands, collect 500 points and you win....you can also win regardless of you're score if your opponents score -200 points or more

Bags: if you as a team take more tricks then you bid, you get 1 bag for each trick over, collect 10 and you lose 100 points

Bid: before a hand is played, based on the cards you hold, now many tricks you can win

Hand: players play one card each high card in suit takes the hand unless a trump is played and then high trump wins the hand, 13 tricks per hand

Lay of the cards: how the cards are dealt on any given hand

Nil Bid: a bid of nil......your intent to not take a trick in a hand, +100 points if you succeed, -100 points if you take even 1 trick

Over bid hand: there are 13 tricks per hand.....if the bids total 14 or more....one team will go back...maybe both

Set: a team failures to make their bid, their lose 10 points for each bid example team total bid was 7, team took 6 or less tricks....you lose 70 points.....also referred to as "going in the hole" or "going back"

Suits: Spades, Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts

Trick: one round of play in a hand

Trump: in Spades, the spades are always trump, beats everything except a higher trump, can only be played if you don't have the suit lead..must be played if trump is lead.....trump can't be lead until a player trumps in....

Trumping In: playing a trump on a trick when you are out of that suit....but it's the players choice...unless trump is lead...

We/They: as in any partners card game one of the possible names for the 2 teams....I've seen "us" & "them".....and a few others i can't mention here

Glossary of Terms Solitaire

Auto-play: when the next series of moves is obvious, the game may automatically do them.{aka: auto-fill}....

Foundation: where you're trying to more the cards to.....move them all and you win

DECK: from which cards are turned over one at a time

Relaxed: a change in the rules from the standard game to make it play easier..varies from game to game..

Re-Set/Undo: both Just Solitaire and World of Solitaire games have both a re-set and an undo option....re-set takes the game back to the start....undo will remove one move at a time....both can be useful to try other options....

Tableau: where the cards to be moved start the hand
