   I "sat" down to my morning "meal" of Poker....and there was a "food fight" at the table....a grand old game of "my pair is bigger than your pair"....a brief lull and a blind pot....and then for dessert a little kamikaze with a side of dive bomber....oy vey....16 hands played....left 1,720$ at the table (with all the comings and goings got stuck in the blinds more than usual)....1/3 & 200$ at the slots....
   Blackjack 21 dealer with a split personality....when he was making 2 card hard hands....except for a couple all 19's 20's & 21's....but on soft hands he most times had a case of "bust-itis".....10 minutes played....very fluid table....but based on hands played average players at table was 3....16 hands....9 wins....1 blackjack....7 dealer busts....up 25$.....

   Crazy table at Blackjack 21, played one hand "head to head"....&....a couple of hands with 4 players at the table....dealer was hot then cold then hot again....and so was I....10 minutes played....19 hands....8 wins.....1 blackjack....2 pushes....up 5$....was going to play longer but the table was just too chaotic for my liking....couldn't tell who had the edge....(note: number of players has been at 57'K for the last few days....and I've noticed the appearance of a few 777$ players in the last few days....?....)

   Another Blackjack 21 dealer with the split personality....hot then cold....which was a good thing because by-in-large the majority of my hands were scraped off the stable floor, and when I had a hit-able hand more often then not I missed....ergo....31 minutes played....average 3 players at the table....52 hands....25 wins....2 blackjacks....1 other 21....2 pushes....19 dealer busts....up 20$....if you throw out the 2 pushes....and my first hand at the table while a hand was in progress....I won 25 hands....dealer 24 hands....so the math works....no splits, doubles, or "hard hits"....

   Ran into a fairly hot dealer....lost 2-20's to blackjacks....had a tremor and klutzed bet 20$ which I lost....split and lost both hands....but double on an 11....caught a King and won the bet....ergo....11 minutes played....a 3/4 player table....8 wins....1 other 21....1 push....1 split....1 double....1 "hard hit".....I bust mine....5 dealer busts....down 30$....

   As much as I gripe about Blackjack 21....and the fact that I have resigned myself to never figuring it out....that's not an excuse to stop playing it....and although I might vary the time I spend on it....I can sync the drop times with Poker which I have never considered not playing....so why not keep playing....being retired....and live alone....I can take advantage of the drops and roulette spins....because with both Poker and Blackjack to a lesser extend, there is a game within the game....there's the tables and in Poker there are the missions....and I play that part of the game very well....
   I think I mentioned this before but as an explanation.....in less than a month I will be 71 years old....and I have the "shakes"....technically essential tremor my case it not that severe but it tends to bother me at the most inconvenient times....mine is hereditary, there were a lot of shaky branches on my mom's side of the family tree....and typing can be an issue....I want one "o" and get 3....so this is highly edited....besides I never learned how to type....but I use the chicken method of typing....hut and peck....see you at the tables....

   First trip Poker....I went to the table and discovered the 3 ring circus was in town....in one ring pot pushes....in another a short act of "my pair is bigger than your pair"....in the last ring....lets all go all-in after the river....I did get to the river twice....once on trip 10's....won a decent pot....on the last hand I played....and I'll admit to chancing a hand to the river....4 to a straight....& 4 to a flush....& 4 to a straight flush....didn't hit any of several cards but I'd do it again in a heart beat....3/7 & 600$ on slots....left 1,341$ on the table....but 16 hands played and the clock is running....
   First Blackjack 21....10 minutes played....a 3/4 players at the table....16 hands....9 wins....1 blackjack....1 other 21....1 push....1 split ( 10's....an 18 & a 13 dealer showed 13 and busted)....1 double on an 11 (lost)....5 dealer busts....1 bust for me ( dealer was showing a 7....I had 13....I busted....then dealer busted....rats....)....up 25$....stuck with my usual 10$ bets....

   Blackjack 21....episode IV....The MadTrollie Strikes Back....20 minutes played....very fluid table at times 5 and at other times 2....and everything in between....28 hands played....16 wins 1 blackjack....2 other 21's (one lost to a dealer blackjack)....1 push....12 dealer busts....up 45$....I've decided to shelve at least for the time being the "hard hits" on 12 or 13 and return to the "no bust" policy....although  I reserve the right when whim takes over for the must part I will stick to the 10$/hand bet....but may double in certain situations....

   Early start to the Poker tables....when I added the Yiddish glossary I put a word in it that I haven't had to use yet....until now....one of the players at the table was a meshugener....most players are pretty predictable....they are a kamikaze or their not....a pot pusher or not....a would be table captain or not....this player was all of the above and you never knew what came next....he was up on chips....low on chips....and gone....several times....dang auto-re-buy....after he finally was gone....table settled in....a little pot pushing but nothing major....he went all-in on most hands....but rarely pre-flop....but after the flop....or the turn and if he was still in the pot....usually after the river....any time after the flop he might go all in....I sent him packing once with trips....but he came back for more
   Despite this made a few nice hands....didn't catch a whole lot of good cards but enough to make the 10K+ mission....and in 40 minutes played....longest session in quite awhile obviously the 16+ mission as well
   One hand I was dealt my old friend Anna Kournikova (Ace/King)....was in the big blind and checked....small blind big raise after the flop....new to  the table....check players stats....54 hands played....ah an Ace in the hole....I folded....player ended up all-in....but another player flushed that pair....40 minutes played....38 hands played....up 5,930$....no slot spins....

   First trip Poker....One of my habits is to play the Slots when I fold....but I usually wait a few hands....unless I hit a nice pot early....except at the very end a decent table, a bit of small raises before the flop but nothing major....so I played the 3 slots spins I had.....(in order of appearance)....200$....500$....5,000$....in the case that I do hit a nice early pot then a save them for another trip....18 hands played....2 blind pots....left 290$ on the table....but left with 5,410$ & the 16+ mission....
   Blackjack 21....when the dealer wasn't flipping 18's to 21's....except for 2 hands....he was hitting to 18's to 21's....10 minutes....2 or 3 players at the table....17 hands....4 wins....2 blackjacks....2 pushes....down 70$....if I had a 20....dealer 21....me 19....dealer 20....you get the picture....

   With a couple of decent Roulette spins today have reached the 250'K+ goal that I set for myself....but despite a whole lot of ruminating on what to do haven't come to any decision on whether to continue play....therefore my new plan is to just pickup the drops and a roulette tomorrow....and then the next day....maybe try a few different tactics, and possibly varying my bets....and/or increase my base bet....depends on what kind of table I hit....first 5 hands hot dealer and I'll probably beat feet....and try again later....don't have a target of when I'll decide what to do....but will know when I reach it....Once I decide one where or another....I think I'll either be done with Blackjack 21 or at least put it on a "back burner"....and spend more time on the Poker tables....maybe move up from time to time to a higher blind table....

   I have been searching for a decent pool sim....and up until now all I could find were for the game 8-ball....now in my misspent youth....I spent some time in a 5 table pool hall with the bookie in the back room....and I did play a little straight pool....but my game was 9-ball....the game listed on the left sidebar....is pretty good....took me awhile to get use to the "mechanics" of the game....not the real thing obviously....but don't have room for a regulation size table....
