[[From the Table]..had some extra tine this AM & decided to play an extended session..grabbed the "house money"..dove into a "Duck Pond"..pot-pushers..an any-two-carder & a kamikaze..nope..found another pond..pot-pusher & an any-two-carder..played a few hands won a pot with twin Anna Kounikovas

& then came a kamikaze..three "Pond"..again pot-pushers & any two carders & a couple of pocket bettors..in general loose play reigned..more bouts of "My pairs bigger the both of Yous Guys' pair are".. dang..some times four "boxers"..this got ignited by a player who lost the last big pot & was on "full-tilt"..I tried to stay out of the way..made a few nice hands..won some pots but for the most part they were of the small blind  variety during "rest periods" between the bouts..had got to the "button" & the two hours I had decided to play was at an end..but was up marginally on the third table..decided to play around another time..as many times before..mistakenly..full table of six..folded rags on the first rive hands..got to the "button"..pocket Twos..(clicked "sit out next hand"..a couple of min-raise /re-raise paid 8$ to see the flop..2-Sixes & a Two..board explodes..call..turn a blank..more raises..call..turn another Six..dang..raise would put me all-in..I had the winner..a split if someone had a pocket Two..or..decided to call..last hand & not the rent money..yup..guy to my right had a pocket Six..[shrugs]..took a 250$ buy-in but left for the "lobby"..../....

[[From the Tables]..got an earlier start than/usual..grabbed the "house money" & dove into a "Duck Pond"..played my first hand@:[03:48]:..one of the wackier tables I've encounter..numbers varied from a few hands "heads up" to a six handed game..there were periods for the first 3/4 of the session where it was a friendly three or four handed game w/some hands "heads up"..most of my pots were won during theses lulls..all of the small/blinds variety..the rest of the time a succession of "pocket bettors" came & went..big pre-flop raises up to & including all-ins..during one of them..pocket Tens..a "modest" 5$ bump.. called..missed the flop but only one over card..called what for the other player's style was small 25$ raise..had seen him play enough to think he'd missed the flop..call..turn paired the board..another large raise but not big enough..thought I still had best hand..call..only a 2$ bump on the river..decided just to call..a nice pot..only made one quality hand..pocket Jack..paired on the flop..turn put a pair of twos on the board..& rivered the third Jack..& a blinds pot..[shrugs]..last 1/4 of the session..not one but three any-two-carders..& a bout of "My pocket cards or bigger the You three other guys' are" I lost count on how many times they went "round the table" before seeing the flop..ended up three to the river..2 all-in..the "high stack" had flopped a  straight..speaking of straights or rather lack of there of..had flopped 6 or 7 4_TOs..a couple of open-enders..nadda..later a wild two-way bout..one all-in & the other nearly.. yup..won with a high card..[shakes his only grey head]..a lot of cards were played..but very little "poker" was played..more like "Blind Man's Bluff"..oy vey..hour was up..got to the "button" (checked the box on the lower left)..folded rags & was gone..../....

[[From the Tables]..nuts..another "weekend session",,grabbed the "house money" & dove in to a "Duck Pond" 1 table but in fact 3..first 15 minutes got to watch a series of hands I can only describe as "Two Drunk Heavyweights" going at each other in the ring..finally one left after "knocking" the other one out..then..a friendly game..a little pre-flop nonsense here & there on  pocket bets..a little continuation bets post-flop..some splashing after the river..won some pots..a 1/2 way decent pot with a flopped 10 high straight..& another on a flopped set of Threes (pocket pair)..had repaired most of the damage..but then..a mega-pot-pusher arrived..once in awhile you could see the flop for a call or a 2$ bump..but the majority of the time the bump was 10$ or higher..did pay a couple of times..missed..Ace/Five suited.. flopped Jack/Queen/King..paid a 25$ bump..4 to the turn..yup..a Ten..now a 100$ bump..river..a blank ..no 3 to a flush..no board pair.."the nuts"..got forced all-in..well maybe a 2-way split..I thought they both can't have pocket Aces..wrong..a 3-way split..rats..never caught another hand..got some decent pockets..but not decent enough to call a larger than a min raise pre-flop..played once more around the table (6-handed) after the hour had past.."hope springs eternal" & all I got was a "dry well"..left from the "button" licking my wounds as I staggered to the "lobby"..../....

[[From the Tables]..log-on..grab the "house money"..find a "Duck Pond" & take a swim..dang..no spots on a table..2 empties..sat at one for a spell..no takers..finally found a spot open & sat-down..except for a brief time late in the session when it was a friendly three handed game for a few hands..the vast majority of the session was a four to six handed game pre-flop..no true kamikaze but as we would of said back in the day "you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting" a pot-pusher..any-two-carder or pocket bettor (aka: a very typical weekend table)..It 'twasn't that I 'twasn't catching a decent number good looks in the pocket..just wasn't hitting the flop..once in awhile a middle or bottom pair..flopped a low to pair once.. yup..part of a straight draw..[shrugs]..only made a set once when the turn hit my pocket Queen..river put a 4-TO a flush..dang..raise just to tall to call..had played 18 minutes before a won a 1/2-way decent pot with high 2-pair..14 minutes later..a smallish pot w/Kings full of Nines..5 minutes later a flopped flush & another smallish pot..another 5 minutes..Ace/Seven suited..in the "big" called a 5$ bump from the "button"..3 to the flop..pair of Sevens & who cared..re-raised a 10$ bump..only the "button" called..Ace on the turn..I checked..he raise another 25$..again a re-raise.."button call"..blank on the turn..check ..check..rats..but the only decent pot of the session..anyways during the 3-handed friendly won three more small/blinds pots..but the wear & tear of flopping a few 4-TOs & willing to pay to see the turn and missing had an adverse effect on my stack..hour hand pasted..folded rags on the "button" & left..../....

[[From the Tables]..log-on..grab the "house money" find a "Duck Pond" all tables full save an empty table..then 5 chairs open..dove in..within just a couple of hands a full table..I was in 1 "heads up" hand pre-flop..on any given hand it was a three to six handed game..play was extremely aggressive & very loose..pot-pushers..any-two-carders..big splashes pre-flop w/pockets & a brief visit by a kamikaze..least I forget the oft-mentioned "clock burner" was there & another player..a pot-pusher (who I've been at table before) if he has any thing atall will raise &/or re-raise..only three hands worth note..I had won one smallish pot in the first 20 minutes or so of play & was down about 50 chips..turn had put a pair of Fours on the board..giving me a set..got in to a bout of "My pairs' bigger...." with the aforementioned pot-pusher..ended up all-in..a split pot..but a beginning to a mini-hot streak..couple of hands flopped four to an Ace high straight..Ace/Queen/Jack on the board..King in the pocket..turn was the Ten & another "bout" with the pot-pusher..a nice pot..a couple hands later..pocket Queens..turned the set..& he & I got back into the "ring" for another bout & another nice pot..kamikaze arrived..I "sat-out" a couple of hands..won a few more pots but all of the small/blinds variety..hour had past..on the "button"..(sit-out checked)..Ace/Five unsuited..splash pre-flop..mucked & left..was only in three big pots..2 wins & a split..a decent day at the tables..../....
