[04:45]..Poker: yup I know an early start even for me..picked up a single drop that was awaiting for "22'K house money"..and @04:46 placed my 125K-max-buy-in on the "felt" of a 1K/.5K table..and for the entire session it was a table in total chaos..styles and number of players were in constant flux..some hands heads up and some with as many as 6 players at the table..at first the play was dominated by a couple of tournament style players with a lot of tournament experience..didn't know that on the first hand I played..I generally fold the first pocket cards I see..just to try to get a "feel" for the table..but in the small blind with Queen/Eight suited..and called a min-pre-flop raise..flopped trip Queens..called some min-continuation bets..rivered the house..and a decent pot and my 10K+ mission in hand..little did I know that that would be the only pot I would make until the tournament players departed..and my stack was sinking..the style was now dominated by any-two-carder and "coffee break" players..was looking at Eight/Six suited..got a rare chance to see the flop for a call of the big blind..flopped the flush..ended up covering an all-in..and a decent pot..got rivered a couple of times..and I thought my stack was a yo-yo..then a nth* pot pusher..and somewhere a kamikaze or two..then with a Jack/Ten suited flopped trips..turned the house..very nice pot [the blind raccoon smiled]..and almost immediately lost pocket Aces to a rivered straight [river put 3 to a straight on the board]..but didn't have a good "read" on the other guy..rats..a nice pot..now a couple of pot-splashers..oy vey..made a spades flush..not a big pot but put me slightly ahead..and decided it was time to leave..just a crazy up and down day..with all the comings and goings just very difficult to get a "read" on the other players..ergo..80 minutes played..114 hands played..42+ seconds/hand..16 wins..1 out of every 7.13 hands played..escaped with an extra 2,668$ I hadn't brung with me..[no slots]..have another drop coming in a few minutes..
