Poker:[19:53]: as mentioned below I did take a roulette spin after posting "Day's End" for "198K house money"..[04:04]..picked up the awaiting drop(w/ad.) for another "44K house money"..[off to complete a few tasks & run time off the "drop clock"]..:[04:54]:..five tables played..as/usual all were of the 1K/.5K blinds variety and I plunked down my/usual 125K-max-buy-in on the "felt"..the first four tables were pretty similar..any-two-carders..pot-pushers..continuation bettors..and the occasional pocket Ace/pair/paint bet pre-flop..1st table..there was a "big stack" any-two-carder..ergo..the pre-flop raise was 3K..wasn't really catching so basically just stayed out of the way..did make a small pot with 2 pair..but nothing else..had a Ten/Nine suited..in the big blind..and only a 2K bump..decided to call and flopped the Ten high straight..called a series of 3K raises..saw nothing on the board that could beat the straight..three handed..checked..another 3K raise..a call from the small blind..I called & raised 2.5K..got two calls..a nice snack for the blind raccoon..but a visit from the "Reaper" mid hand..had just made a nice two pair..2nd table pretty much same as the 1st..won three small/blind pot with a pair during lulls in the game..but caught the resident any-two-carder when I nice two pair became a full boat on the river..and the blind raccoon smiled..again the "Reaper"..[up about 10K at this point..3rd table same as the first two but except for 2 small/blind pots on a couple of pairs..wasn't catching..[most of the +10K was gone]..again the "Reaper"..odd note..first three tables got bumped after playing my 13th hand on all three..4th table..same style of play..a couple of small/blind pots and 2 decent pots..another full boat and a set of Threes..and again the "reaper"..he was early..only 11 hands played..had both missions..50 hands played & up about 10K..but..had been playing slots..had 1 spin left..5th table..2 dudes playing big pot poker..got my spin and should have left..the 10K+ I had been ahead almost gone..but..Jack/Seven Suited..paid a 2K bump..flop a King & 2 Jacks..call a 3K bump..turn a Five..another 3K bump..rivered a Seven..first to act a 20K+ raise..a call from the big blind..a look at the board..pocket Kings or a King Jack..could beat me..but he would have played that hand more aggressively.."read" bluff/semi-bluff and made the call..so did the big blind and a very nice meal for the blind raccoon..got a visit from the "Reaper" mid-next hand..had pocket Queens..ergo..:{stats}:..49 minutes played..97 minutes off the "drop clock"..64 hands played..13 pots..1 for every 4.923 hands played..left with an extra 41,275$ that I hadn't brung with me..& 400$ from 5 goes at the one armed bandit..[just picked up another drop(w/ad.) for "44K house money"]....[edited:[18:52]:]....
