*[07:16 UTC-4]*[Today's Live Game(s) Results]..<{Facebook]>..Poker:[04:33]..a late start this morning..picked up the awaiting drop(w/ad.) for "44K house money" & off to other tasks to "burn" time of the "drop clock"..:[05:34[..six tables played..as/usual all were of the 1K/.5K variety..on all I plunked down my/usual 125K-max-buy-in on the "felt"..I.m sitting here trying to make sense out of what occurred and for the life of me I can't do it..ergo..1st table..if it was the pot pushing/continuation betting of a player with 1000+ tournaments played..then it was the kamikaze & the dive-bombers..did manage to win on pot with 2 pair ..but decided it was time to leave and did..[12 hands played]..2nd table..again a nest of kamikaze & dive bombers..the "Reaper" took mercy on me after three hands played..3rd table..kamikaze/dive bombers..part 3..but that sorted out after just a few hands..and decent play prevailed other than a couple of pocket Ace/pair/paint pre-flop splashes..and I caught a few decent hands..won pots twice with a pair..once with 2 pair..and a half way decent pot with a set of Jacks..but..then the hand that got away..I had just rivered a Queen high straight [Queen in the pocket]..when the "Reaper" drugged me "a kickin' & a screamin'" from the table [10 hands played]..drat..4th table was just flat nuts..any-two-carding/continuation betting..bouts of "My pairs bigger then Yours' is"..just crazy loose play..did manage to will 3 pots..on a pair..a 2 pair..& a full boat..[12 hands played]..5th table..a pair of any two carders & a dude who'd splash the pot if he hit bottom pair..did win one pot with a pair out 12 hands played..& then..had just turn a full boat..yup..again the "Reaper" drugged me "kickin' & cussin'" from the table..one of these days the "Reaper" & I need to have some "words"...so I get to the lobby and check my stats..dang..49 hands played..I'm trying to play at least a minimum of 50 hands/day..what I should of done was "pull the plug" on the session right there..hope..6th table..just crazy loose play..on any given hand..a blind pot or three players all-in and everything in between..pure mayhem..did win three pots out of 15 hands played..twice with a pair & one with 2 pair..again the "Reaper"..just a day when on time of the loose play..just didn't catch many decent hands.."tis what it "tis & tain't what it taint"..ergo..:{stats}:..50 minutes played..111 minutes off the "drop clock"..64 hands played..12 winners..1 out of every 5&1/3rd hands played..left 13,800$ on the tables..[no slots]..[[From the Tables]: considering the style of play today..the fact that I just wasn't catching..& the 2 potentially winners I lost to the "Reaper"..an acceptable loss]....[edited:[19:24 UTC-]....Day's End Poker: Total Bank: 669.6'M / Net Gain Today: 272.2'K / Drops[7]&Roulette: 286'K / Tables[6]: -13,800$ / Hands Played Today: 64/ Total Hands Played: 61,524 / [[notes]: 1 drop@44K & 6 drops@22K & 1 roulette spin@110K]....[19:29 UTC-4]....

(I tend to post sometimes several times a day.....rather then start a new post.....I just edit the existing post and tack on to it....I generally post for the last time during the day between 20:00 UTC-5 & 21:30 UTC-5)

Glossary of Terms Spades

A game: made up of several hands, collect 500 points and you win....you can also win regardless of you're score if your opponents score -200 points or more

Bags: if you as a team take more tricks then you bid, you get 1 bag for each trick over, collect 10 and you lose 100 points

Bid: before a hand is played, based on the cards you hold, now many tricks you can win

Hand: players play one card each high card in suit takes the hand unless a trump is played and then high trump wins the hand, 13 tricks per hand

Lay of the cards: how the cards are dealt on any given hand

Nil Bid: a bid of nil......your intent to not take a trick in a hand, +100 points if you succeed, -100 points if you take even 1 trick

Over bid hand: there are 13 tricks per hand.....if the bids total 14 or more....one team will go back...maybe both

Set: a team failures to make their bid, their lose 10 points for each bid example team total bid was 7, team took 6 or less tricks....you lose 70 points.....also referred to as "going in the hole" or "going back"

Suits: Spades, Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts

Trick: one round of play in a hand

Trump: in Spades, the spades are always trump, beats everything except a higher trump, can only be played if you don't have the suit lead..must be played if trump is lead.....trump can't be lead until a player trumps in....

Trumping In: playing a trump on a trick when you are out of that suit....but it's the players choice...unless trump is lead...

We/They: as in any partners card game one of the possible names for the 2 teams....I've seen "us" & "them".....and a few others i can't mention here

Glossary of Terms Solitaire

Auto-play: when the next series of moves is obvious, the game may automatically do them.{aka: auto-fill}....

Foundation: where you're trying to more the cards to.....move them all and you win

DECK: from which cards are turned over one at a time

Relaxed: a change in the rules from the standard game to make it play easier..varies from game to game..

Re-Set/Undo: both Just Solitaire and World of Solitaire games have both a re-set and an undo option....re-set takes the game back to the start....undo will remove one move at a time....both can be useful to try other options....

Tableau: where the cards to be moved start the hand
