Poker:[04:16]..picked up the always awaiting drop(w/ad.) for "44K house money" [the/usual side-trips to run time off the "drop clock"..:[05:12]:..five tables played..all were of the 1K/.5K variety..and at all tables my start stake was the /usual 125K-max-buy in..table size ranged from some "heads up" to briefly a five handed game at one table..vast majority of hands were three at the table..2nd/3rd/4th tables were all pretty similar..any-two-carders..& some pot-pushing/continuation bettors..but most of the mayhem was caused by the pocket singleton Ace/any pair/any paint splash of the pot pre-flop....1st table..1st hand..pocket Queens..turned the set..small pot..2nd hand..Ace "in the hole"..flopped the pair..and was dragged off by the "Grim Reaper"...2nd table..just a wild and crazy bunch of any-two-carders..pocket bettors..put-pushing..and rounds of "Mine's is Bigger that Your's..and what few decent pockets I did get to see the flop..missed..except the 16th hand..pocket Eights...flopped the set..Queen in the flop..another on the river..a decent pot..and again the "Reaper"...3rd & 4th tables..was catching a little better..both were pretty much the same as the 2nd was..but on these two caught some decent hands at the right time and made a couple of just barely decent pots..and had gained back some of my losses..4th table..flopped 4 to a "nut flush"..[Ace "in the hole"]..called a series of min-raises..and the got the fifth card on the river..min-raise..I called and re-raised 2.5K..got two calls..a snack for the blind raccoon..& a couple more small pots both with two pair..but the "Reaper:" got me for the 4th time..had claimed the 16 hands & 10K+ after the 2nd table..was only down a little over 10K..48 hands played..but decided to go out for a 5th..table not whiskey..probably should have been whiskey..one brief raid off a kamikaze..but the real problem was what made me re-call the scene in the old school yard back when I was a kid..and the two bullies squaring off..played 16 hands..maybe saw a 1/2 doz. flops and didn't hit a thing..and then "The Reaper Cometh pt V"..ergo..:{stats}:..43 minutes played..99 minutes off the "drop clock"..63 hands played..actually more like watched most of them..8 pots..1 out of every 7.875 hands played..left 26,500$ on the tables..picked up 1.4'K from nine goes at the one armed bandit....
[[Observation]:..Now I know that except in the context of the game the "money" is meaningless..but I see so many peeps who only see what the board gives them and not what it might have given the "other" guy/gal..I don't know how many times I've seen peeps call a raise when there are four to a flush/straight on the board..and they don't have it..don't get me wrong I love to see that when I've got the straight or flush..but..??..but then I remind myself this is a poker sim..not "real poker"..]....
Poker[Update:[15:11 UTC-4]..I had taken a drop @12:51(w/ad.] checked the time for the next drop@14:52..game won'\t load..got to the load screen and no joy..sometimes it in the past has loaded slow..nadda....will check back periodically..??....
Poker[Update:2:[18:37 UTC-4]..still done..have checked periodically..can't do a "Day's End"..will decided how to handle that went [?} it returns....
